Today, a healthy young girl was born to Joe Dean and Susy Dean, in Mary Hospital in Liberty City. She is eight pounds four onces, and is very happy. The government has established a trust fund equaling five million dollars for the girl. Today has been declared a national holiday and there is much rejoicing and drunkenness in the streets.
