West Cedarbrook Presidential Election, September 17, 2007

These are the four candidates standing for the Presidency in the September 2007 Election. The term of office is 5 years. President Louis B. Steinberg is running for re-election

Louis B. Steinberg, 56, Kramden Party
Incumbent President, responsible for opening West Cedarbrook to the region and beyond since 2002. Libertarian oriented in domestic policy, favoring neither business or labor. Keeps taxes low and hands off the markets. Support for Classical Liberal Democracy overseas, and akin ethnic interests.

Robert P. Stemsky, 37, Conservative Party
Council President, Steinhaus Municipality (2nd largest city). Unexepected nominee of party, defeating Sen. Robert Goldman in an upset. Campaigning mostly on stronger economic growth through pro-business government intervention. Proposes lower military spending through a foreign policy focused on commercial interests.

Louis P. Rothberg, 62, Religious Party
Attorney, Wrycova (Capital City). Minor party nominee. Similar to Conservatives in terms of economic policy but oriented toward more restrictive and Sabbatarian social policy. Foreign policy heavily oriented toward ethnic and religious interests.

Renee Stern, 34, Party of the Left
Professor of Literature, Steinhaus Municipal University, 34. Minor party nominee. Social welfare oreinted domestic policy and left-leaning foreign policy
