The Republic of Scotland is opening diplomatic relations with the world. All nations are welcome to establish embassies in our capitol, Glasgow.

King Wilhelm Hollan II would like to establish an embassy at the city of Glasgow, and a trade agreement would also be favorable.

we would like to build three new cruisers for our navy.. each with 30 guns at every side.

and i want a university at Amsterdam, so please give me price estimate for both.

i don't think so.. Bulbs were quite expensive that time, so we would settle resource for resource.

I'm going to say embassies are going to cost, say, 30,000 currency to build, staff, maintain, protect, etc.
