After declaration of Independence and expelling of UN office in The Borderlands of Northern Simber everyone was concerned about what will happen next?
Life worsened, opposition demanded democratic elections and return of UN officials back to state. Grand Viceroy Nazymgavub Damsairyn was anxious that vicegerency in state was under the threat of democratic and socialist rebels.
Senior Viceroy, Oyaryn Bayalyngob ordered to arrest all opposition activists, if anyone resists, proceed to execution.

Life became even more horrible, many people fled to neighbouring Empire of Linji and Grand Duchy of The Derrak Quadrant.
1 year of anti-partisan actions showed their benefits. In some urban areas, including the capital, Ainarhobud quality of life became slightly better than it was year before. But rebels still controlled some of rural zones. Army was sent to rural zones in order to find and execute rebels but because of low security level in urban areas most of pro-government forces were militias and military police squads.
Country was saved from humanitarian catastrophe thanks to the Committee of traders, a governmental organisation that consist of most influential bussinessmen in Borderlands.
Grand Viceroy knew that many foreign powers would like to take over some of the regions in Northern Simber. In result all foreign organisations were expelled from country. This was a great hit to rebel forces.
At the end, all rebels were persecuted and executed. The last leader of rebels Jie-wan xiang was given last chance to see the face of his enemy, the Grand Viceroy.
Military policemen brought Jie-wan to Grand Viceroy's palace and right to his chamber.
Grand Viceroy - "So, filthy dog, came to see you enemy's face?"
Jie-wan - "No, just a traitorous mug of man who robbed his own people..."
Grand Viceroy - "Ha ha (laughs). Big words, little man."
Grand Viceroy takes his pistol gun and shoots Jie-wan right in the head.
Country was cleaned from rebels...
3 years of country's restoration from war and destruction transformed poor nation with almost no chance to live to self-supplying military state with governmental support of bussiness. Northern Simber's longtime isolation led to policy of open hatred towards any opposition or rebellious elements.
Main country's industrial centre and capital Ainarhobud became modern industrialized city with transportation. Country's main policy were a strange mix of isolationism with interventionism, military forces were ready to expand borders towards south and east directions and though most of country's life were forbidden to foreigner's eye.
Northern Simber's political system became a strong anti-socialist and anti-democratic attitude. Taxes were raised from 22% to 65%. This was made in order to continue maintain and expand military forces...
Egocentrical dictatorship of Viceroy council showed it's benefits but also showed it's flaws. Many progressive and democratic people were killed or thrown to jail. Most of money gained from trade and black market were used to build palaces and villas for viceroys and generals. 60% of state budget were assigned to enforce and maintain army and military units.
Life became much better than it was during first days of independency. But Borderlands of Northern Simber were very secretive and didn't allow UN to watch of their financial and military operations.
This led to new conflict.....
