The Republic of Dweladelfia announces its intent to open its doors to foreign embassies wishing to be established in out nation. We hope that all nations will be willing to open an embassy in our nations to establish relations. We also are open to negotiate FTA (Free Trade agreements), and Non-Aggression pacts.

Subject: Establishment of Bilateral Relations
On behalf of His Royal and Imperial Majesty's People and Government, it is my greatest pleasure to initiate bilateral relationship with the Republic of Dweladelfia.
In regards to Trade, Excellency, I am intrigued as to what the Republic exports and imports regularly. Although signing the Free Trade Agreement is tempting, but should trade itself is not establish, there is not point to engage in what might become a white elephant project, wouldn't you agree, Excellency. On the other hand, if the trade between our two nations requires it, we are more than happy to begin negotiation.
For the Diplomatic Mission, HI&RM's Government have been advised to appoint the following:
