After all the positions have been took up the War will take place in a country called 'Hyushu', there will be 7 Main Cities. 3 Republican Cities, 3 Communist Cities and 1 Neutral City.

Each Minister can be responsible for a city and to attempt to invade one other city...

that's how we're able to engage in this war, because of our own individual nations



are we rping a civil war where our nations are all offspring of one ubernation?

oh okay, so we're going to fight nations within our own region, so for our own particular nations it will be a real war against a foreign enemy, but for the region it will be a civil war
