OOC- This is a story i made up based on the Division of Parliament. As this region is obsessed with making it 'Democratical' there is no ONE ruler, but instead 7 ministers...

IC- "Welcome!" shouted Mr Laing, Minister from Solenial, through gritted teeth.

The 7 ministers sat in their chairs at the table in conference room #3 of the HGI, as usual, and discussed Recent Issues in the Region today.

"Well it's decided then, we will have the Cheese festival."
Said Mr Laing as Hail and Rain belted of the Windows and the Sound of the Thunder that nearly cracked it.

"Mr Laing, i have a more important issue,"
"Oh and what would that be 'Minister'?"

"Well the Economy has took a turn since it has took so long for us to decide on a decision on what to do. It seems to me that whenever there's more than two possible ways of tackling an issue you all narrow-mindedly go against each other, for personal reasons." Said the Defence Minister grasping the Foreign Minister's wife's Leg.

"What do you suppose?!"
"That i become Prime Minister, and my Envoy, Kev, can be Defence Minister.

"Are you kidding me!?"
"I agree with him," said two ministers sitting on the right
"Well I agree with the Civil Minister"

"hm? i'm by myself on this one." said a rather smart Minister

"I can't believe what i'm hearing," Drinking lager in the meeting "What else do you want to do?"

"well, i'm going to turn it into a commnist state where every one get's as much money to have to live and say £100 to spend on food and luxuries, and of course we'd keep the communism traditional, you know, pocket some."

"You can get OUT!" The Ministers, 4 of them, 3 Communist, 1 Neutral and drove to the Airport to get a flight home.

"Goodness, could you believe that?!"
"Mate, I think you just started a Civil War..."

OOC- The Rp'ing Positions are:

Republican- Against the Idea of having an abselute leader, as they supposed

Communist- want to turn the country into a Communist gone Dictatorship state

Civil Minister- (Republican) Ryan Laing, Solenial
Finance Minister- (Republican) Vacant
Environment Minister- (Republican) Vacant
Prime Minister/Defence Minister- (Communist) Vacant
Health Minister- (Communist) Vacant
Foreign Minister- (Communist) Vacant
Education Minister- (Neutral) Green Hawk

Note: Part of the RP is to act like a Minister of say, Environment would. "We can't bomb them in the Forest, we'll kill trees and rabbits," but stilll in a way support the war "We'll have to push them out onto a field". All criticism to others RP's are welcome, but dont be too harsh. The war shall take place in 'Hyushu' to learn more go to the OOC Thread

OOC- I'll RP as Prime Minister (Defence Minister) and Republican (Foreign Minister)

The Prime Minister (Head of the Communists) entered his newly re-furbished conference room at the heart of East Hyushu.

He looked out his rather dirty, small window down at the dirty streets shaded from the Sun by Grey Blimps.

In this Urban Area Tramps were more common than Pigeons, and thats before people had begun to eat them.

An Assistant entered the room and looked over at the Prime Minister

"Do you really think Communism is the Answer?!"
"Young Man, this is a milder version of what happened if we kept to that 'Republican' Political System...

"West Hyushu are all Republican and we have a Neutral force in the South..."

"You do know William, i was once an assistant for the President, when we had one, but you see this Republic have destroyed the Nation, I need to do something about this..."

"Food would be okay..."
At that moment a hippie group started a protest outside the building

"What shall we do?"
"Tell them to move, if not take them to the Jails..."

The skies were grey, and so was the hearts of the people of East Hyushu...

The Prime Republican stepped into Conference Room #4 of the HGI (House of Governmental Issues)

He noticed an Envelope with the name 'Prime-Republiciser' on the front.

Dear Prime Republiciser Ryan Laing,
It has come to my attention that a Civil War has occured in your region and that the Regional and All National Economy has imploded. What do you, suppose you do about it?!

Recieving letter about politics from an 11 year-old girl? perhaps he should give Barry, the new education minister, a pay rise.

But There was a more Important issue, what about the Economy? A war would only make it worse...

...After hours of careful thought, the Prime Republiciser got his Ministers. Ministers, we're going to war...

Mr Savoy, his Envoy butted in,
"But Sir what about...?"

"Yes, what about the Economy yes,yes. But, the Economy is going down at a Steady pace and in 5 years time all co-operative nations will be a third-world country. In the middle of such a serious feud, no-other Regions will accept us so it's our responsibility... Going to war has 2 options:

1. If we win, we can rebuild our economy, and take careful deliveration of issues, without feuds

2. If we lose, we become a third-world region led by a communist... not so much different as to the future we see now...

So, what do you say?!"
