Affected by some recent issues in our nations, our Government has made some 'over-protective for its citizens' decisions. This resulted in a few major and many minor changes of The Democratic Republic of Seng Han.

For starters, our UN-defined category has been changed from Inoffensive Centrist Democracy to Authoritarian Democracy. This does not affect our International Status and Seng Han still keeps its commitment to any involvement of our nation internationally.

Secondly, our citizens now have fewer rights, and our economy has dropped. This is because our government has internally embarked on a campaign to protect its younger generation from the world of crime, and to protect our animals in their natural habitats.

Thirdly, the fact that the Religion and Law&Order departments have had their budget cut is because our Government dedicates itself to the Social Welfare area.

Lastly, our Income Tax Rate has been partially increased as our Government feels threatened by Nations all over the world boosting their Military might and flexing their military capability as and when they wish to.Thus, we shall construct our own Military and at the same time, upgrade Social Welfare.

Concluding the announcement, we are pleased to announce that our Crime rate is extremely low to an extent that crime is hardly known in all parts of our nation.

OOC: What you pick for issue choices have no affect on your IC nation. Your nation can be psicopathic dictatorship, and but ICly, you can be a freedom loving democracy.

OOC: Technically, you can do that, but generally most people find it easier to make issue choices reflecting their IC nation or vice versa, and personally I prefer it when others do that, though it's not a big deal, just to avoid confusion.
