After months of strife and disorder in the Roman Dominion of Doomanum, Caesar Valerius IV Maderia is announcing today the intention of redistributing the lands it feels it can no longer control.
It is releasing the land under the following provisions:
-Each country must register with the Capitol in Rome
-Each country may obtain- without charge or restriction- any territories marked as "open" (OOC: Doomingsland's territories and any I've released) on a first-come, first-serve basis.
-Claims can be contested for a period of twenty-four (24) hours after the initial claim is made. The Foreign Affairs Office in Rome will be open and staffed to resolve such disputes.
