‘Primary Outcomes’ can provide a variety of services to legitimate governments, including infantry training, clandestine warfare, reconnaissance, escape and evasion, special forces selection and training.

As our Imperial Legions, Regular Legions, Colonial Forces, and other armies & navies are very occupied with preparing new defences for the Empire, we would gladly extend a contract to Primary Outcomes. Does amount of payment due depend upon the mission?

The amount payable does not depend on the mission-type. All that is really required is a small upkeep fee:
$200 per solider per week
Primary outcomes is able to perform any task listed. Your nation sets the term of the contract, and Primary Outcomes deploys at your say-so. Will you be requiring all 3,000 soldiers and 500 advisors?
We do not wish to drain P.O.'s resources, and will only require 1,500 troops and 1 advisor.
Our terms of contract are as follows:
Primary Outcomes will be contracted to supply the service of 1,500 soldiers and 1 military advisor for a period of ten (10) years prior to review and/or renewal of contract.
The personnel contracted willbe armed by the Empire if necessary, and can be dispatched for any form of mission.
The Empire is devoid of responsibility for injury, death, or disapperance/unaccountability of the personnel contracted while in the field or being transpoted to or from the mission area.

These terms are very much acceptable. We will send the requested forces immediately. The operatives are armed themselves and do not wish to further drain the Empire's resources.
As these men do not fly under any flag, the trouble they may cause will not be linked to any one nation. They are free to do as you please. As such, please do not uniform them in official Kiravian uniforms, unless you require them to be. This will further reduce your culpability.

The planes are loaded, and the soldiers and equipment are on there way. they should be there and deployable in two [2] days.
In case you cant tell, this organization is based off of the real-life mercenary group "Executive Outcomes" from South Africa. :) I learned allot about them in a course in college and found them interesting.

Still have 1500 soliders, well equipped and highly trained for your use in whatever capacity you may need them. Also, does your army needs some pointers, our 499 advisors can help get your army up to speed.
