As you are friendly with the Empire(via Kirav) already, and munitions from our motherland are expensive for our young economy, we would like to make Quadeshi Arms are primary supplier.

Kirav your order has been confirmed The entire bill, minus friendly discount comes to $1.5 million [down from $1.75 million]. Your shipment will arrive in one month, as we have had a recent surge in productivity.

As for the ammunition, the shipment will come with 1.75 million rounds of ammunition. We will supply 1 million pieces of ammunition per month at a cost to be determined later. To take some of the strain off of our production, a factory, if you approve, shall be set up to produce half of the ammunition required per month, this will also allow your nation to reduce unemployment.

If these terms prove unacceptable, or if the amount of ammunition per month is far too low, let Qadeshi Arms know.

The new munitions factory will employ some 20,000 people to help with the process of supplying your military with ammunition. Save for some senior officials, we were hooping to draw primarily from your workforce. The factory would fall under your regulations and pay scale, and would be subject to the Empire's current taxes, regardless of Qadesh's standing with your nation as an ally.

We do not tax foreign industrial buisnesses under a certain size on our soil, considering that they are within waste limits for environmental purposes. Being an ammunition factory, as long as the lead waste is disposed of correctly, this tax will not apply.

the munitions factory is able to purify the water enough for industrial/military usage and will offer that as further value. This water could be used for: cooling machine gun barrels, etc.

Superb. Depending on where in Aurada you build the factory, you could get a tax cut for that. That is, considering that you're taxed at all. WHich you're not. Which firthermore makes this quite a waste of a post.
