Scarlov and Ingram stepped off the plane in Orlock Int. airport, as Ingram looked around its different he thought, not being here since he was shot down during the war.

A platoon of soldiers, some of the few providing security at the airport, looked at the pair with little interest, bemused only because no aircraft was authorized to land. The platoon would have let the two go about their business, until one of the privates pointed out a wanted poster nearby, whispering, "Dude, that's a fucking Hasley! You know how much the reward is for 'im?" Twenty-five soldiers glanced at the man getting off the aircraft, and back at the wanted poster. They released their assault rifles' safety catches and opened fire at Ingram and Scarlov.

Ingram and Scarlov ran back into the plane "cease fire! we are international delegates!" yelled Ingram "there has been no declaration of war!"

the men were both killed. this was a federal act of war unless compensated for. killing the President and the Secretary of defense will not go unpunished
