We deeply apologize for that act that we have made, as it eliminated the New Brttonian neutrality in armed conflicts. Although we cannot take the weapons back we will like to justify what we thought were appropriate reasons for the shipments.

1) We assumed that the LA/BC war was a war of aggression and genocide against those of the Muslim faith. We did not know at the time of the rapes that were accepted by the legal system of the LA judiciary. We assumed the LA nation to be a progressive Muslim nation, similar to that of Mustafa Ataturk's Turkey.

2) We thought, and were partially right about that assumption, that the LA military was poorly equipped and would not stand against the strength of a modern military of the BC military. We thought of this as military aid and were wrong about that.

The USS of New Brittonnia does prosecute rapists, rape is a Class I felony which the rapist, when convicted, receives a minimum of 30 years imprisonment, and a maximum of life imprisonment.

With the benefits of 20/20 hindsight, we would not sell weapons to a nation that abuses the human rights of its own people or any nation period. Selling weapons makes Brittonia not neutral, and that is what the Constitution of New Brittonia ordered. We cannot keep the money that LA gave us, so the 50 million Euros will be divided equally into two charities. One is to be as a fund for therapy for all of the women who were raped by the men, the other is to be put in two college scholarships, one for a male and one for a female, to all Lebanese Australians to make an essay over 2.000 words about why rape is wrong and damages the community as a whole. 24 Miles from the Lebanese Australiain Coast, the two Type 45 Destroyers HMGS Narvik & HMGS Oslo from the Royal Grasalandik Navy patrol the Blockade, with a loud shout over the ship "aircraft are spotted on fly towards the ships", they are quickly indentified as F-118's & B-2's, the radar operator turns to the officer behind " I didn't know that this had turned into a war ?" the officer turned "we only are here to patrol the waters, and control Grasalands section of the blockade remember that", "yes sir".

The officer left the radar room and proceded to the bridge, he informed the captain of the recent radar sightings after a breif conversation, the captain turned to the ratings in front of him inform the Admiralty we are swicthing Red alert inform the Olso.
