I would like to formalize our temporary alliance, we now hold. Also, Qadesh, seeing as it an new entrant into the world stage, is actively seeks an alliance, primarily with these two parties. Qadesh sees the actions of Leocardia as deplorable and encourages swift action. You invoked a treaty in which my ally was a member of, but that is none of my country's business.
Members of 'Executive Outcomes' [henceforth EO] shall:
~ Promise to render aid in either a defensive or offensive nature to other treaty members.
~ Provide full support of any field armies.
~ Any attack on any member is considered an attack on the entire body.
~ Set up headquarters in each member country, which will share information and intelligence, gathered only by this alliance. This will keep other alliance free of pollution or conflict from this alliance.
~ Render aid to any ally of an ally in EO that requests it, and whom we are currently not fighting.
