Glimer announced that it will declare war against Verbeng after hearing that a Glimer destoryer was attacked and destoryed in a battle with Verbeng destoryers. The Glimer congress passed the declaration of war against Verbeng. 250,000 men are being moblized to fight the Verbeng army.

The capital city of Maxer was preparing to fight, people were cheering Glimer troops marching down the street. T-72s were cheered also. 10 MiG-21s flew over the capital city. President Ivan Wilson made a speech in front of thousands of cheering people.

Franklin Base

100 pilots quickly scrambled and got into their F-200s and got reay for takeoff, the F-200s were escorting 2 bombers (B-52s) to nearby Verbeng to bomb the naval base, a few minutes later the planes took off, one by one until they were all in the air. A F-200 suffered engine problems and was forced to remain at the ground.

Network with nations you feel have the same views as you, and form some alliances. It's never too early to start networking. Official Prestonian Statement

The Socialist Republic of Central Prestonia is concerned for the well-being of the newly formed nation of Glimer. As a result, we are offering you protectorate status within the Republic. Our terms are as follows:

1. The Republic of Glimer will be allowed to keep it's sovereignty but be monitored by the Prestonian Government to ensure a clean standing on human rights and other key issues.

2. The SRCP will station 75,000 troops in Glimer to protect it from hostile aggression.

3. The Republic of Glimer will not initiate aggressive war without just cause.

4. The Republic of Glimer will be free to depart this alliance at any time without penalty.

OOC: Umm, seiriously mate listen to Central Prestonia. It ain't a bad deal to get lots of free troops and start with a defensive alliance. Oh, and compare your nation size with that of TPF. Who do you really think would win?
