The Prince was to attend to this meeting which was to be held conference room #2, He sat at the Head of the Desk as usual and awaited the others, the meeting wasn't for a while now but if anyone came it would be nice if they never came to an empty room. Miroxia would miss the Meeting as he was away, but any messages to be given to him anonymously was to be given to the prince and he would pass them on, anonymously. The took a sip of Regalvalley Springwater and began writing a letter to some different nation. He told security to tell him if any of the other leaders had arrived outside, He Picked up the phone and phoned Hutres, Head of the Royal Guards to send two snipers armed with SOL Rifles to stay in the vents aiming down at the leaders just in case they tried anything funny,
"And Barbara! Can i have some more water..."

Edward Forgul hadn't left the country yet when the meeting was called. He had time to ask his economic experts to telegram him the exchange rates as of the previous day and the unemployment rates.

He had took one of the embassy guards as well as his constant guard to the meeting. "I wonder how long this will take to sort out. Torell Island, the new nation on the block will hopefully be there." thought Edward to himself. They rode by helicopter to the mansion, just like the day before.

They had never finished the golf game, when the other leaders had arrived, it had been a complete mess as the other two leaders had to catch up. He could've sworn Mr. Alex or whoever from Riopo had said "Thak you" as if the minister president had said "good shot" which he most certainly hadn't.

The three men disembarked the helicopter. Each one had a loaded Beretta 92F. The guards each had loaded FAMAS rifles. Mr. Forgul was the only one whose handgun was concealed.

They walked briskly to conference room #2, the same room as before.

"Good Af ter noon, P rince Ry an, will jour fater be joinin us?" Ed asked.

Emperor Wang Shilong stepped out of the pouring rain, his two bodyguards holding umbrellas over his head. Once he stepped into the cover of the building, the two close the umbrellas and followed their leader dutifully.

Immediately he saw a woman who he recognized as Barbara, one of the servants for the Royal Family of Solenial, enter a room with a glass of water sitting upon a tray. 'So that's where the meeting's being held,' he mused as he waited a moment for Barbara to leave until entering himself, his guards taking positions on either side of the entrance to the building.

Once inside the room, he immediately saw Prince Ryan, son of King Fredrick.

"Ah, Lord Ryan, a pleasure to meet you once more," Shilong greeted. "Are we the only one's here for now?"

You, me and Mr Forgul, Wang please sit down." The King shuffled in his seat and wrote the finishing contents of his letter
"Excuse me, Barbara!, Mail this to Damirez tell him i'll pay for the supplies!... anyway, i have recieved news that Riopo might not be able to make it, i should be recieving news soon. So how about Mia Morga, coming soon?"
The King refilled his glass of water.

"But what of the leader of the Torrell Islands?" Shilong asked. "I believe that he is the main conflict right now."

"It looks like the usual quattro 'ey!, oh my mistake we're still missing Miamoria, he won't mind joining in later, he's probably not online. Okay! Mr Shilong if you would like to start the meeting, i believe you wanted to say something..."
Barbara walked into the room,
"Your Magesty, Damirez are sending the supplies, sorry for intruding."
"Not at all Barbara, she's a good friend as well as assistant, she's well paid aswell...(OOC- A Tumbleweed rolls past, lol)IC- So, Mr Shilong, you were saying?"

Very well, then. In the past few days, the relationship between the Pacific Islands, or PI, and the Capitalist Pacific Islands, or CPI, has deteririorated, ammended, and now due to the callous and brashness of one Torrell Island, deterriorated once more.

Fellow leaders, I implore each of you to lay down what is on your minds on this situation.

As for myself, I am neutrally biased. Neutral because no direct course of action caused by any of you will affect my nation, biased because any direct course of action will cause harm to the nation of my ally Solenial as well as the region of the Pacific Islands which as the Defense Minister of said region, I cannot allow.

"I am not so sure about that. The leader of Torell seems to have calmed down, although I cannot say for certain that things will not heat up. I have looked at my database and I do believe that Torell Island has a low defence budget, although the extent of which could be anywhre from 0 - 5 % of his government expenditures." Edward paused, "In addition Torell Island has one of the highest unemployment rates in both of the regions and I am afraid that that may cause a high respondance to adds put up for military if Torell happened to increase it's defence budget. It is also exchange rates and the genral economic well-being of our regions which I am worried about. here, look at these"

Edward handed both the prince and the emperor two papers with the days' exchange rates as well as the unemployment rates of each nation.

"Please do not ask how I got these, for it was an assistant of mine who brought it up. Anyways as you can see, the Uir Arjet is the most expensive currecny and also has the lowest unemployment rate. That woul be all well and dandy if the rest of the two regions didn't have unemployment rates nearly double, on average, Uiri's own and that all the other currencies are so easy for Uirè to buy but not for foreigners to buy Arjets. Does anyone here so far have any solutions to the economies of the regions which are good at best. Only good."

"Very Well Stated Mr Forgul..." The Prince took a sip of water "Well, quite honestly i have stated no such hostile posts in this whole series of events, This Torell Island should not even be considered, it is upto us, the Larger nations (Zhonghua Renguo i'm calling you 'large' by your Rp'ing skills not your population) to take action, we most take responsibility to the actions of the 'smaller' nations and even, to a certain extent, discipline them.

In this event i say we most talk to the nations that are 'more' hostile, the nations i am stating are Torell Island and Riopo and demand that they change their hostility. After all we seem to get along well, am i right?" The Prince paused and wrote some things in his File...

"Did I forget to mention that Riopo and I signed a Peace Treaty? Yes. Basically, we shall not declare war on the other's region, however if another in the same region declares war on the other region, we will fight."

"Well, economics and budgets aren't my forte," said Shilong. "But seeing as neither of our regions have skilled financial, I suppose we can come up with that." Turning to face Prince Ryan, he said, "As for your subject, that I can help with."

He reached for a small notepad underneath his robes. "I agree that the hostile nature of both Riopo and Torrell should be dealt with. However, if we force them too hard, they could become angry with his and plot to defect and form a region of more skilled warmongers and... well, I suppose it goes without saying that it would be really, really bad for us, even with our combined might along with the might of our allies."

"This is from what I can say based on Riopo. His loyalty is considerable and he has even brought in a new nation to the Pacific Islands. However, he is brash and his war plans aren't the most thought out."

"As for the Torrell Island, I cannot say accurately as I have never really spoken to him, so I cannot make a full picture of what we're truly facing. Lord Forgul, do you have anything to say about this Torrell Island. Characteristics and all that? After all, I believe that it is not the army that kills and destroys, it is the mind that controls it."

"Well, Torell Island demanded a war at once with Solenial. I then asked why. Torell, said that Solenial had been advocating ministries and then got Torell ejected from his previous region. I asked why Solenial did that and Torell replied that he had insulted Solenial. I then said, 'Wouln't he want to declare war on you not the other way around?' Torell had no reply. I therefore conclude that Torell is much like Riopo, only less in favour of ranks and ministries and such."

"So, we are agreed that no ejections are to take place, but that Riopo and Torell get a good talking to... what do you think Mr Shilong?"

Shilong nodded his head. "Yes, that seems like a reasonable course of action. No need for all three of us to rise up in arms in this pretty much trivial matter. Yes, a good course of action this is."
