The South Parliamentary Republic of Uiri wishes to set up an embassy in Riopo and would like to invite Ripo to have an embassy in Uiri.

I shall have 25 guards armed with a Beretta 92F and FAMAS rifle each. I shall also require 50 non-security personnel. I shall use two helicopters and thus will need a helipad on the roof.
