- Portland, The Peoples Freedom: Early this morning, at a press conference in the presidential residence, the government announced an ambitious plan to begin to move millions of survivors from their temporary refugee camps in The Peoples Freedom to new homes in the new-found homeland of North Calveras.

The move is needed, say officials. The large amount of displaced persons has created a strain on regional areas. Crime has increased, and some citizens claim that these refugees are willing to work for cheaper, thus they accuse them of stealing local jobs. In addition, local councils set by the refugees call for the action as well.

The refugees will be transported by a number of means, including cruise liners that the government has hired, as well as more traditional methods such as passenger ship and airline.

Officials say that the colony will be run under Occupation Law for the time being, and that the settlements will be separated from the North Calverasians already living there.

Many corporations have announced their intention to move into the new market, hoping to tap untapped natural resources and cheap labor that will accompany the new move.

The stock market was up thirty points in light of the news. The government plans the first moves next week.

Greal would like to send some transports to pick up NC civilans to be transfered to the new North Calveras.

45,000 Greal troops went to the coast to greet the new civilans of the colony. General Repper who was in charge of the Greal colonial garrsion went to greet the headquarters.

Whilst our government agrees with the fact that the North Cavalerans need a new home, we also have to ask ourselves why does the new establishment need weapons?

Could it be that NC citizens that were evacuated in other countries do not find communist attractive anymore, now that they seen better alternatives?

We consider the act of arming the North Calaveras doubtable at best and look upon this act with great circumspection. Why arms and soldiers when the Calaverans need food and shelter?

In accordance with the decision made by the General Government, we will hereby evict any and all surviving North Calaveras citizens from our territory for repatriation to this new homeland. We estimate that no more than 500,000 to 1 million residents of this region survived the attack, and of that number the overwhelming majority were outside of the country during the attacks.

As a result, any and all North Calaveras citizens who were inhabitants of the region constituting Vetalian Calaveras must report to Melnikova for processing and repatriation. Failure to do so will result in continued taxation of said citizens as residents of the territory.

Official Govenment Statement

North Calaveres refuges that currently are being sheltered in Zoingo will be immediately sent to their new home. We thank Greal and its efforts to find these people a home, instead of them going back to their radiation filled country where any remaning survivors may be killed. Our aircraft and our cruise line will gladly send them to start a new life in new North Calaveres territory.

Open Declaration:

I am delighted that Greal has taken such a noble and humanitarian step in securing homes for the poor souls who reside in Londinian Calaveras.

Unfortunately, none of the approximately four million survivors in our sector will be permitted access to this new homeland Greal has established, and any citizen of Londinian Calaveras found attempting to secure passage out of the dependency will be arrested on the charges of treason and subversion. Of course, this assumes they are capable of escaping the various internment camps in Tasmania that house those Londinian Calaverans for the time being.

In short: Greal's efforts equal epic fail.

As an ally of Greal, we find the terms a bit harsh. We agree on the no military equipment part; but as for the aid and trade, it is still Greal's colony. Which he still hasn't given full control of the colony to North Calaveres. Greal has to set up the colony first before it can run.

The General in the new NC colony got the message about the withdrawing the troops, however he refused to move his army out of there, Greal war department did not have a accurate number of troops in the Colony. The Greal war Department sent in GIA agents, later that day the General was shot and killed in his office, and his replacement began withdrawing his force, however the massive Naval fleet protecting NC just floated at NC.

Then, orders came from Sasha, Halt the withdrawing for now.
