On August 18th (that's RL time for all of you) Prime Minister of New Brittonia and Chief Communard of the Communist Party of New Brittonia David Flower is turning 45. He is inviting all world leaders to his birthday party, which will be held in the Crystal Ballroom in the Prime Minister's palace in Epsom City. Security will be provided by the New Brittonian Marine Corps, New Brittonian Diplomatic Security Corps, and Epsom City Police Department. However, if you wish to bring a security detail, please register the amount of guards and their weapons. There will be an open bar. Dress is black tie, the food will be in a buffet. Please register your guests, because if you are not on the list, you will be kicked out. Save the date, it will come fast.

Due to the current situation in British Londinium, the People's Sovereign Republic feels dispatching a senior member of government to such a function would severely compromise national security. However, Consul James Azzopardi wishes to send a representative.

Jamar Hackett, a diplomat from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, would like to attend on behalf of Foreign Minister Belladini and Consul Azzopardi.

Ryan Getzlaf representing the VDB government would like to arrive with a special present for PM David Flower, and hopes this will be the beginning of great relations.

Four vehicles arrive onsite, the first and the last armored humvees carrying Ghassani Royal Guards. Between these details are two limousines, the first adorned with the Ghassani flag, and the second a smaller and unmarked one. The convoy stops at the entrance to the party, and the guards from the first vehicles fan out to the entrance. The men in the last vehicle then remove themselves, setting up a perimeter around the two limousines.

The door to the first limo opens, and out comes two people, the first, a larger man, wearing a turban and flowing golden robes. His face is cheery, and his beard is wide and flowing. The golden robes are intricate, and bear the mark of Ghassani royalty. The second out of the vehicle is a younger women in her mid-twenties, obviously stunningly beautiful. She wears traditional Islamic clothing, which veils her face and body, but it is obvious that she is very pretty.

The first man, the Emir, steps forward and motions towards the second limo. Out of this come three men, each carrying gifts and moving in front of the Emir's path. As they set up the entrance, the Emir moves forward. When he enters the party, he notices the Prime Minister and grazes over to him, his steps elegant and graceful. His daughter, staying behind him, does the same.

When he reaches him, he motions for the men to drop the presents.

'Greetings Prime Minister. I am Emir Khameh Yasiri of Ghassan. I am delighted to be here, and I offer these trinkets of Ghassan to you.'

He bows and then motions forward his daughter.

'This is my second daughter, Tahila.'

The girl only smiles.
