Welcome to HGI (House of Governmental Issues) located just outside of the capital of Solenial, next to the Palace of the Monarch, Coshast Palace, this building was originally built in 1706 but after a fire in 1962 they rebuilt it to what it is today. This is Conference Room #1 where you will meet today.

The Prince, who was taking the meeting today walked into the conference room and sat down at the head of the desk, he was in casual clothes, as normal and regularly took meetings, afterall he would be King one day himself. In front of Him he had two folders, One Green and one Red, He placed the Red on top of the Green while one of the maids, placed a glass of water in front of where they would be sitting also in front of where they where sitting was a triangular bar with a piece of paper slotted through the front with the leader's name, nations name and the Nations flag the one the Prince was reading was Wang Shilong's from Zhonghua Renguo and the flag was that of a Dragon at that time a Translator/Writer of everything everyone says was sat at the corner of the room and the prince had two armed guard's next to him as well as a 9mm "Carbei" in his pocket...

The Emperor of Zhonghua Renguo, Wang Shilong, walked down the corridor to where he was told the next conference would take place. Behind him were two of his guards QBZ-75 Assault Rifles slung over their shoulders, their right hands resting on the Chinese double-sided sword, called the jian.

Shilong's own hand rest on his jian as he walked towards the door at the end of the hall. He opened the door and gestured for his own men to stay there.

"Good to know that I'm actually on time," he muttered as he made his way to sit next to who he recognized from a picture on King Frederick's desk as the Prince of Solenial.

"Good Day friend, i have recently sent you a telegram stating the possible ejection of a nation that must not be named, as i claimed on that telegram i have an idea. This Idea must be discussed over Telegram, is that agreed?" Said the Prince in a stern voice,
"On addition to that question, would you like something different to water to drink, like, Tea, Coffee or Juice?"

"Coffee please," said Shilong to the Prince. "I'll send my response TG to your father immediately."

sorry, i am taking up all issues today my father is busy, seeking Diplomatic relations

"Ah," said Shilong as a servant brought him a hot cup of coffee. Taking a tentative sip of the brown brew, he said, "I see. So, young prince of Solenial, who else shall be joining us today?"

We are expecting the leader of Riopo and perhaps the leader of Miroxia. But i'm not sure they'll turn up for a while

OCC: Are they online?

IC: "I see," Shilong murmured. "But I thought they were with your father at the golf course? I saw them myself before I left on the chopper to come back here. Perhaps they're... stuck in traffic?"

Alex ran inside with his cloak over his head using it as a umbrella. He briskly walked through the long corridors and entered the meeting room. Everything was silent as he took a seat.

"I don't know but i applaude your presence so," The King opened the Red folder and turned to the Emperor
"Which nation do you prefer Nation A or Nation B?" (for more info on the question read your telegrams...)

Ah, good, you're here, Alex.

So Prince... Ryan, is it? I'm sorry, I'm terrible with names. But Prince Ryan, shall we begin this conference, or are there others we must wait for.

I got an idea lets start the conference without him and decide what we do. I think we would be able to speak more... freely without him.

Woah! Woah! I never said that! I just recommended putting up recruitment messages on The Pacifics H.Q messages.

Well as Defense Minister, I am more concerned about the safety of the region and the possibility of infiltration and invasion. If we push the other regions too hard, we might just spark a regional war. If we do nothing, we stay with the same power we have which is barely any at all.

We must take caution. For now, I shall consult the Art of War to see if we can borrow something from it.

OKAY EVERYONE listen i currently have Operation TICP in operaton which is an under-cover operation and thats that if anythings goin on we'll find out is there anything anyone wants to say? if not then this conference is terminated

I agree we should recruit nations but not so many that we get overwhelmed and could be invaded.

Don't worry, UN Delegates can't access regional control, i ensure that Pacific Islands will never be overran!

So you say. If we recruit too many dislloyal nations, they can elect a new roster of ministers, a new delegate, and usurp us from power. I shall TG you how it can happen, Solenial.

how about i pass a law saying that The King, Permanently me, can overrun any laws passed by the ministries. Therefore, any bad decisions they try and make i can overrule :D:D:D

Incidentally, I own several copies and they can be used as weapons and shields due to its density.

How about a law where the ministers positions are permanent.:D:D:D

Then what about if actually good nations want to try for power and one of us wants to take vacation leave? Or what if one of us wants to switch ministry positions?

-The raid shall be in charge by Riopo.

-The region we are invading must not be told in public. A telegram will be sent to Zhonghua telling him which region we are invading.

Solenial is correct! We must not be brash in this matter! Though I said it was a good idea, what you're doing is possibly suicide. So please, for the sake of our nations and our region, calm down and think this out. We have to be extremely subtle in this. Work our way in, gain high positions, usurp all nations.

However, now that I have had more time to think about it, what would we do with that useless region? We're trying to recruit nations, not destroy regions. We have to plan more.

Alright, I take a nap for 30 minutes and all of this happens. Can someone please explain to me what is going on? I propose that Miroxia was right, another conference is needed if both of our regions wish to avoid a needless conflict.

We will host the meeting at Solenial's HGI and you can bring a maximum of 2 armed guards, who are not aloud in the conference room.

I believe that's what I've done for all conferences.

I do believe we could just continue the new conference in the old conference thread.

the IC thread is where you are in character, this is where the conference takes place

the OOC thread is where you are out of character, you can comment here about things that are going on in the conference.

Note: All Issues i bring up in the conference are not thought by me, remember that this may be thought about another nation who's name will remain anonymous... TG me when you get this message...
