To all and sundry: Greetings.

The Most Serene Duchy of McIntyre (known here as The Duchy of Michele I) offers the sovereigns, leaders and citizens of the world a most gracious greeting.

Our Duchy, which is peaceable and small, seeks to open diplomatic relations with the rest of the peace-loving world. Our country prides itself on the production of our greatest export, honey, which is made by our copious and happy bee population.

Regarding the barbaric and wholly unnecessary threats made against you by a Red Alliance official, we would also be willing to initiate a mutual defense pact if you wish, in case this person Gher Snikt seeks to make good on said loud-mouthed threats.

We have sent a telegram to the Shakal Empire regarding our honey. we are interested in perhaps putting up a website to increase knowledge regarding our fine product.

We will also be contacting the Republic of New Leota regarding diplomatic concerns, honey sales, and their charming offers of friendship.

We announce to all that while we are a peaceful nation, we have decided, much to our regret, to increase our military so as to ensure our defense against unprovoked attacks. While we wish to live in peace, we are not naive. Nor are our people cowardly.

We understand that as a young nation the world can be a dangerous place, and as such we also are willing to lift many trade restrictions on our arms manufacturing sector when trading with your country. I would also use this time to inform you that your nations has been granted Class "B" Green status under our arms trade laws, allowing for the limited sell of nuclear weaponry to your nation. Please consider this status carefully and also consider the ramifications of any decision you make.

The embassy building is on loan for howsoever long you wish. The Chancellor will be meeting you at Durkheim Airfield to accompany you to the Summer Palace, where your representative may meet with us.
