law & order, health, education, enviornment and the economy, private

enterprise is illegal as businesses are government owned and operated.

The small private sector is made up of government licesensed workers and

illegal black market entrepreneurs in every sector of the economy, which

the government is always cracking down on to stamp it out.

Voting is voluntary, neighborhood Committees for the Defense of the

Revolution may visit your home to remind you to vote for the good of the

nation, people, party and revolution.

Abortions, euthanasia, and the death penalty is legal and the police are

very present on street corners, crime is non exsistant although thier are

incidents.

La Habana Cuba's national animal is the El Sinsonte which frolics freely in

the nations many lush tropical rain forests and high towering mountains,

LHC Council of Ministers :
Is the highest executive and administrative body and constitutes the

Government of the Republic.

The number, designation and functions of the ministries and central bodies

which form part of the Council of Ministers are established by law.

The Council of Ministers comprises the Head of State and Government,

who is its President, the First Vice President, the Vice Presidents, the

Ministers, the Secretary and the other members, as determined by law.
