A horrible war possibly ended yesterday. A nuclear strike was created by British Londinium severly damaging my ally The People's Communist State of North Calaveras in operation carmel tea cup or something. A deadly cloud of radiation looms over North Calaveras. The country is currently inactive due to lack of communications. Telegram wires have been thrown to ground and ripped up by the nuclear blasts. Phones dont work as for the entire electrical grid is gone due to the EMP pulses immited by the nuclear explosions and my runners are not willing to hopelessly searth the radioactive Calveras landscape looking for their leader. I request additional forein aid for North Calaveras. British Londinium has launched several bombs at my capital destroying the pallace and underground bunker. I barely survived the blast and am not getting the best medical treatment in a developing country. Please send workers to my capital, my troops will allow you, and help clean up the mess. We would like for you to build a hospital.

Also, if you were a democracy, you wouldn't have the developing country problem, free market would make you earn more money. That is one of the few downsides to communism

The nation hereby sends the Hospital ship AFS Peace along with 300 doctors and 5 prefabricated hospital facilities to aid your nation.

We will also send in 40 specialised doctors trained in radiation injuries, and will support your country with a primary shipment of 10 000 courses of a new cancer drug, found to kill many cancers, especially thyroid cancer.

We will not hesistate to send more civilian aid, but will not send in military aid.
