The RCA is all that's left of the goverment and army of NC, it is basically a gurriella network

We need a place to call home, so that the ideals of NC are kept alive.
The Shakal Empire is willing to take in the refugees of this crisis. Although our nation ideaologies differ we believe it is not the peoples fault to suffer from the terrible mistakes that governments make.

We accept all these requests, but be aware, the people will vote you into seats in the house of representitives, or if you want, you could join the Communist party that already exists within the nation...

The Holy Hegemonic Empire of Lord Sumguy is willing to allow refugees from the nation of North Calaveras to immigrate to the Empire. A political party may be founded for the Calaverans, and the Abrahamc League offers to incorporate whatever remains of the NC military into a new wing of the AL.
