We have claimed Antartica as the homeland of the scattered indiginousd people of the Polar regions. We therefore dissolve all claims be foreing nations regarding the natural resources of Antartica. All nations that have research buildings here are hereby evicted from the continent of Antartica henceforth.
As a free and soveireng people we call on the nations of the world to recognize the existensce of the United States of Antartica by dispatching diplomats to us and to receive ours.
