The Democratic Republic of Seng Han cordially invites all Nations to set up Embassies or Military Bases in its territory.
However, for Communist,Corrupt,Psychotic,or Evil Nations,they will have to go through talks with our Foreign Affairs Minister.

Rules for all Embassy Staff:
1)While in Seng Han's territory you are bound by all international and local laws.
2)Your Embassy's soil is part of your own country, but up to its own fence only.
3)No military armored vehicles except for transportation of Staff.
4)No Military Units to be off the ground of the Embassy without written permission, indirect or direct, of the Prime Minister of The Democratic Republic of Seng Han.
5)All items capable of warfare(firearms,melee weapons,aircraft etc) are to be included in the telegram sent to the Prime Minister.
6)We reserve the right to amend all rules and regulations at any time disclosing it, but shall disclose if possible.
Disclaimer:All military aid shall be supplied by own or allied nation. All military aid must be declared.
