King George the Third has issued a Call for the Modernization of Tynlandia. The modernization will include the building of new rail roads, highways, and the updating of the Royal Military. The Royal Military has not updated it's weapons since the early 1900s and wishes to modernize it.

Rail Roads: The Rail Roads will be planned to reach from the tip of Tynlndia and continue North till it Gets to the Macedonia area.

Highways: The Highways of Tynlandia have almost become obsolete. With nothing more than dirt and wooden signs. Tynlandia wishes to pave all of it's major Highways and extend them. The King would also like to add more research into travel by plane and cars.

Military: The Tynlandic Military is very low tech. It contains old guns and almost no mechanized units. The King wishes to add 5 more Regiments and Two more Mechanized units to it's Military.

King George the Third wishes to call on the aid of it's fellow Nations. These projects cannot be complete without the help of our powerful allies. Please reply with the proper information and aid propsitions.

Regards,
Royal Secretary

The Peoples Empire would be most pleased to assist your nation in developing its resources from its current backwards state. A contribution of, let us say, 250,000,000 roubles (Approx $500,000,000) in cash to your construction projects along with the donation of a number of armored vehicles to your military, as we have little use for certain older models which, while still effective, are not up to par with the present concept of war. They should, however, serve quite effectivly until such time as we feel that we can trust your nation not to employ our own devices against us in some way. The exact contents of the shipment can of course be discussed at a later date and finalized once we are assured that our dealings will not be overshadowed by some other offer which might induce you to perhaps forget about our present negotiations.
As a gesture of our new found friendship, the Peoples Empire would like to establish a naval base within your nation, let us say, on the island of Milo (Greek name), in exchange for our generous contribution to your national prosperity and protection.
