The Protectorate of Qadesh is looking to start an alliance of primarily defense minded aims. This alliance, the Civil Disobedience Halting Alliance [CDHA] would crush civil rebellion and enforce the just rule of the incumbent regime. Any interested nations may apply to join the alliance. This alliance will help in crushing rebellion in countries, and has no aim to present an offensive threat. Recent events in our Country have prompted me to accept this idea, raised in our Parliament.
We will mobilize our entire police force for this operation, and are ready to commit $ 2,000,000 USD to begin founding the alliance, which have a headquarters in each member nation. We are building a headquarter for our member nation in our capitol city, on the ruins of the recently destroyed Presidential Palace.
We are also, as the founding nation, looking for a company to provide weaponry for said alliance. This weaponry would not be owned by any single nation, but would go toward furthering the aims of the Civil Disobedience Halting Alliance [CDHA]
