The long time peaceful Democratic Republic of Seng Han feels threatened by the growing military powers of the world. As such, we are obliged to announce that we shall commence construction of a self-defence force which will protect The Democratic Republic of Seng Han.
Military units have been purchased from foreign powers. The World should be pleased to hear that we promise not to use aggressive power to invade other nations.
We are interested in setting up Embassies in other NationStates and if any Nation is interested please wire a telegram with all neccessary information which we will have to include before setting up the Embassy.

Aggressors be forewarned : Death to all who intrude into Seng Han territory.

Although we are worried that money best spent otherwise are used on developing a military for your small nation, we understand the spirit in which this action is taken.

As such our government offers to aid your nation in this endeavour by establishing a military base/s in your nation until the task of developing a military will place less strain on your budget.

To address any worries you might have in regards to this proposal, please note that The Principality has not initiated any military operations with the intention of conquering territory. In fact our military was most involved in crisis management and reconstruction situations.

Greetings sovereign Republic of Sang Hen. I am Military Executor Holden Kraft, a representative of the esteemed Grand Nasier Tiber Valias and the Nationalist Republic of Lorkhan.

I have been instructed by our leader to inform you that Lorkhan is willing to establish a base with no more than two deployed divisions in Sang Hen, at the consent of Sang Hen and it's leaders.

We are also willing to arm and help train the current military forces in your nation.

Our Foreign Affairs Ministry is currently involved in separate affairs, but I have also been instructed to inform you that we are willing to open doors and exchange an embassy program for your nation. Our Minister of Foreign Affairs will message you at her soonest convenience if you are interested.

Now that we have formed Offical Diplomatic relations we would like to establish a military Air base in your country as a Joint Defence Plan until your country feels that it is capable of securing its own defence forces.

As part of this base we would deploy Two Squadrons of Air Defence fighters from the RGAF, i'm sure that Damirez, Lorkhan and ourselves could come to an agreement to sharing a military base for defence and training of your self defence force.

I wish to extend to you our greetings. We are well aware of the dangers of the world and already have a sizable armed forces, which stands ready to defend our nation from any threat, foreign or domestic.

As such, we have large amounts of military surplus. We would be willing to sell or donate a large number of AK-74 Assault Rifles, PKM general purpose machine guns, T-80 Main Battle Tanks and Su-27 "Flankers" to equip your fledgling armed forces. We would also be willing to provide you with advisers to help train your military in the use of these weapons.

The Democratic Republic of Seng Han, as you should know, is a Democracy which supports partial capitalism. As such, full Communism shall never, repeat, never be supported in the Nation of Seng Han.

However, if there ever is a part-democratic,part-communist/totally none communist nation that wishes to seek an alliance or set up an embassy with Seng Han, there is room for discussion. Although The Democratic Republic of Seng Han does not prefer to be allied with a Communist nation, we are a peaceful,partially isolated nation.

We believe that Communism is only another belief, and it is up to people to decide their own personal belief.
