In accordance with the Smith Commission, regarding the performance the the Colonial Military, it has been decided to replace nearly ALL of the current hardware within the Northern Colonies and replace them with capable ships. The Navy has a result requested perspective companies to create a design for a new Carrier to replace the current Nimitz-class Carriers in service. The navy wished to reduce the current numbers of its carriers, without harming its power projection capabilities. To this end, the carrier must comply with the following specifications
- Must be able to launch more than one plane at a time.
