The Crystal Mountains

There has been a number of changes in the the Crystal Mountains. These changes have been deemed necessary by the Revolutionary Council to ensure the survival of our republic.
First: the government has changed and been reorganized. Former Prime Minister Richard James and his entire cabinet were shot for their failures. An interim government was formed by the Revolutionary Committee. A new government was elected and a new Constitution drafted.
Second: The new government is properly named: the Republic of the Crystal Mountains.
Third: the location of the RCM has changed to the Emerald Isles where we have much more room and resources.
Fourth: the RCM is a declared neutral and is following a policy of strict isolation with very limited contact with nations outside our region.
Fifth: the RCM will not engage in foolish goodwill gestures like humanitarian or disaster relief operations.
Sixth: we declare the entirety of the Emerald Isles a maritime exclusion zone.
Seventh: all visas are canceled and tourist are not welcome in the RCM. Foreign nationals are being repatriated and those foreign by ethnicity are being deported.
Eighth: all debts incurred by the previous administration are formally repudiated.
Ninth: any foreign national discovered without proper documentation inside our borders after September 1st will be assumed to be a foreign agent and shot.
Tenth: we tried the good neighbor policy and it brought disaster upon us. Now we are going in a much different direction- one not dictated by allies who betray us or political correctness but one dictated strictly by the best interest and security of OUR nation.
Our foreign policy is best summed up by leave us alone and we'll leave you alone.
