The Phone Call breaks box office records in Greal

Karl Looker's latest movie, The Phone Call broke box office records when it opened during the weekend.


The Phone Call, which spun 358.7 million dollars on over 16,000 screens at 7095 locations (Which was the 5th biggest theater opening ever.) , made the biggest opening weekend in Greal box office record in history.

Karl Looker's The Phone Call was critically aclaimed as the best Greal film in Greal movie-making history. Warner Brother studios say that The Phone Calll will be released in 50,000 countries in the next 3 weeks."We have high expectations for The Phone Call during its release worldwide next week. I personally hope this will be a excellent film overseas" says Warner Brothers president of distribution Ronald Hears.

The Phone Call was given 5 stars by most of Greal's newspapers. Many hope that The Phone Call will be a Oscar contender at next year's Annual Academy Awards. Already the film has been nominated for next week's Golden Tree Awards.

Next week, The Phone Call will open in 500 more theaters.

In other box office news, one of last week's openers, Jackal's Last Day fell 70 percent over the weekend, while Train Runner only fell 20 percent. Heart fell 46 percent, and this year's top movie, Franklin, fell 65 percent to 45.6 million for a total of 239.3 million in 3 weeks.

Number of Visitors reaches new High

The number of visitors to Greal has passed 1.5 billion last year, making the number the highest number ever in Greal history, says a government spokesman yesterday. Greal has taken in 2.3 Trillion dollars in Tourism revenue last year alone, making Tourism a important part of the economy. 650 million of the visitors came from Democratic countries while the rest came from communist, dictatorship, and other anti-democratic countries. 75 million visitors came from North Calaveras and 60.8 million came from the rest of SOL. New airport terminals were being built at the Sasha international airport, and should be completed by the end of the year.

Sasha more packed then ever

Sasha has a popluation problem now that the popluation in Sasha went past 70 million.

Sasha, the capital city of Greal, was now packed with more people then ever. Lots of streets are getting jammed by thousands of cars, the Metro is packed with more people, so the city mayor asks, now what?

The city of Sasha is joined by 2 other citis making the Sasha-Womer-Veller area having 170 million people packed in a area about the half the size of New York. The mayor suggested buses to get rid of the packed streets but now the buses are packed with people. the military is currently removcing its bases to a different area, so that people can walk at the old base.

Greal's Army Grows

Greal's army now was growing faster then ever due to the events around the world, more and more people are afaird of a invasion of Greal, now the Greal army has a storage of ammo, so the Greal army purchased alot of ammo over the weekend. Later this week, Greal's army might reveal its troops numbers for the first time in 20 years. Greal also in the last few weeks has ordered more and more weapons. Greal has confirmed that Leocardia has given Greal 19,000 J-10s (Heres a link for J-10s http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J-10 ) to Greal's airforce, boosting the air force by alot.)

New Military headquarters completed

The Greal Government said yesterday that the massive building was completed yesterday.

After 11 months of construction on the new Greal War and Defense Department building, the building was finally completed yesterday. It was the largest building in Greal ever built, the building area itself was about 3 sq miles. The building will be opened next month to the Department employees. According to the Greal military, the building is gaurded by cameras and 15,000 troops.

The construction on the bulding began after the old Department building was damaged in a bomb attack during the rebel war, and the construction finally started 11 months ago after the building was damaged again by a earthquake. Thousands of workers worked on the building 10 hours a day until yesterday.

Zoingo beats Greal in Sons of Lenin World Cup

In a tight match yesterday in the Sons of Lenin World Cup, Zoingo beat Greal in a 4-3 match. Greal had already beat Tatom the day before yesterday, and was expected to win yesterday, but Greal's top player Alan Frent called in sick, so Greal was expected to tie yesterday.

In other matchs of the Sons of Lenin World Cup, Zamper and Tatom tied in a 1-1 game, North Calaveras beat Hurter 4-2 in yesterday's game, and Haiwan beat Mesotarian in a 2-1 game.


Today, Haiwan will play Greal, and Mesotarian will play Tatom, and North Calaveras will play Zamper.

Kemonomimi Increases Military

The Nation of Kemonomimi has decided yesterday to increase its military from 9,000 Troops to 700,000 Troops because some big nations are eyeing Kemonomimi.

"We need a Good Military," Mith'yani, General of The Kemonomimite Army was quoted saying , "We have some Nations eyeing us, like Blackhelm, The Ryou Black Islands and the Nations of The Anti-Furry Allaince."

The Greal Army has donated 10 GNC-21 (Shark) Fighters to help out their military.

The Imperial Cazelian flight school opens again


The The Imperial Cazelian flight school has opened again after a temopraily closure. The fee is 1200 USD a semester. A report from the Greal military says that Colonel Paul Samson has decided to go to the The Imperial Cazelian flight school.

Greal and North Calaveras tie in SOL World Cup

Greal and North Calaveras tied in the Sons of Lenin World Cup Semi-Finals, the score was 2-2, this made up for North Calaveras loss to Tatom the previous day.
The teams played so hard that 3 players were injured in the Semi Final match between Greal and North Calaveras.

In other matchs, Haiwan crushed Tatom 4-1, while Zamper lost to Zoingo, and Mesotarian beat Hurter 1-0.

In today's game will be the Finals which Zamper will play Greal today.

Humvee crash kills 37

A Humvee broke down in the middle of Womer yesterday causing a bloody car crash. It was very common to see Humvees drive down the street in Greal's cities, especially in Womer, where there is a massive military base. The Humvee was carrying 2 soldiers when it broke down, a soldier walked out to check the engine when a fuel truck hit the back of the HUmvee instantily killing the soldiers. The fuel truck exploded and damaged a bus in the other lane and killing 37 people and injuring 45.

"We are deeply sadden by this Humvee crash,"says Minister of Transportation Kara Ned at a news conference yesterday,"we will investigate this crash immedeatially."

Greal Gets Ready for War

The Greal Defense Ministry has announced that after what has happened over the last few weeks, the Greal army is set to moblize starting today. Crowds that were walking on the sidewalks saw 1 million Greal troops march through Sasha. Lots of people around Greal saw tanks, fighters, Naval ships, and Greal troops been activated yesterday. The Greal army is currently has a standing army of 12.5 million, after the moblizing the number is expected to jump. The 5 million Foreign troops in Greal were also activated, but due to events in Greal's neighbor, Zamper, about 1 million Zamper troops were pulled from the Foreign army to be sent to Zamper. All Greal reserve troops are ordered to go to the nearest Military base for further orders.

Greal developes new Pistol Grenade Launcher

The Government of Greal announced yesterday that a Pistol Grenade Launcher has been developed and will be installed on all Glock pistols in Greal. Police and the Army greeted this news with happyeniss because the police have been gunbattling with gangsters and the grenade pistol launcher might end the street battles. The Pistol Grenade Launcher is similiar to the M16 grenade launcher, the only deiiference is that the pistol grenade launcher is much smaller. The Prouduction of the PGL (Pistol Grenade Launcher.) has begun yesterday.

Grunt falls into a rebellion

The Greal Colony affairs ministry announced yesterday that Grunt, a 50,000 square mile colony of Greal, has fallen into rebellion. Greal has dispatched 600,000 troops to take care of the rebellion. According to reporters at Grunt City, lots of people were killed in cross-fire between Greal troops and Gruntian rebels. The Defense Ministry says that the Greal troop death toll is now 6,700 dead, and 40,000 wounded. Every Greal person is advised not to go to Grunt, because it is a war zone.

Oil production doubles

Greal's oil production doubled in the last year alone after demand rose 60%. More and more army trucks were using gasoline, making demand for gasoline high. According to Greal Look Inc., there are 40 trillion proven oil barrel reserve, most of that number of oil is on the west coast or is in the Greal Desert. Production according to Greal Look Inc. rose to 6 trillion barrels of oil, due to high demand at SOL (Oil is free to SOL members.) and overseas. Zamper and Greal had talks about a dispute over the oil rich border.

According to Greal Foreign Officials yesterday, there is a massive civil war in Bjornoschkodel. Greal has sent 5 divisions according to the Greal War Ministry to support the Solen army.

Cazeila Has released unmanned vehicles

Caz'e Industries releases the M8 series of unmanned vehicles to the world for buying yesterday. according to the Greal war mnistry, Greal has deicided to buy 10,000 M8-A2 UCGVs and Greal also decided to buy 10,000 M8-A3 Automated mortars. Both orders cost a total of 10 billion.

Yesterday morning, 300,000 Protesters gathered up in front of the Mokastanan embassy to protest the attack on a Transport jet in Mokan airspace that killed 70 Greal troops. The Protest got ugly after 1000 Protesters sezied the empty embassy (The Mokan embassy was empty because it was evacuated.) and armed themselves with police guns. Soldiers and police from several countries tried to stop the protesters, but no sucess, so the international team assaulted the Mokan embassy. After a bloody 2 hour fight, the embassy was seized, but Protesters remained outside. At night the Greal army fired Tear gas at the sleeping protesters, the Crowd responed with gunfire, killing some Greal troops. So, the Greal captain, mad about his men being shot, without orders, ordered a tank assault on the Protesters, 200,000 people died during the assault, the rest ran for their lives. The Greal captain was immediatley imprisoned for slaughter charges.

Greal army has doubled after massacre

The Greal army has doubled from 4 to 8 million troops after a bloody embassy massacre last week. The military has stationed 500,000 troops in Sasha alone. Fighting at the embassy avenue has killed 1000 yesterday after a bloody clash between Greal and Protesters. The Greal defence minister has ordered the army to activate after events last week, and the minister said that he was worried that Greal will fall into a civil war. Tanks ans trucks were seen in Sasha yesterday driving toward the embassy avenue. The Greal 3rd reserve army is expected to be activated today.

According to the Foreign relations office, Alfegos has another Civil war, this time it has communist rebels trying to take over the country, currently, lots of countries, including Greal has sent men to stop the rebellion. Currently, Greal news does not know what the extent of the fighting in Alfegos yet.

Visit to Cazelia

The Greal Preisdent Sarah Watson is still in Cazelia, visiting landmarks and other Cazelian things. The President's spokeswoman said that she is still in Cazelia.
"She needs rest after the workload she got last month."said the spokeswoman."Please, just let her rest."

Yarkai City International School

A new school has opened up in Cazelia, and the school is called Yarkai City International School according to the Cazelian embassy. Many international students have already begun to go to school there. The defence Minister Jason Park has sent his son, Raul Park to the Yarkai City International School.

Sons of Lenin gets more members

The number of nations in Sons of Lenin (SOL for short) has risen to 23 nations now, from 11 nations last week. The Greal Government did not make any comments on the expansion yesterday.

Terrorist attack in Sasha

3 people blew up a apartment building yesterday killing 36 people, 78 people were hospitalized for injuries. The Greal military said in a statement today that the bombing was most likely by Foreigners. This was the 3rd bombing ina month, first the Sasha bombing, then the train bombing, now the apartment bombing. 10,000 people protested in front of the Greal Intelligence Agency Headquarters yesterday saying that the GIA needs to do more, but Police quickly charged in and drove away the protesters. Greal troops were more commonly seen in the city now.

Sasha International Airport suffers Terrorist attack

Yesterday afternoon, a pickup truck hijacked by a man with a bomb managed to drive pass security and also managed to crash into Terminal 3 of the Sasha International Airport. But, the bomb failed to explode, and after a struggle with airport security, the man surrendered.

The Greal Television News, it showed a video of pickup truck crashing into the Terminal, the video was taken by a traffic camera. The Airport security said in a statement yesterday that the Terminal will be closed for a few weeks. Security was also increased at all airports in Greal.

Greal trade surplus reaches record high

Last year, the trade surplus reached 946 billion, due to oil exports and high military exports also. Greal imported last year $2,975,615,433,000 worth of goods. Greal exported $3,921,719,829,186 worth of goods, making ahigh trade surplus for the 50th straight year. The GDP has also reached a record high of 25.7 trillion. People say that the GDP will reach another record high next year.

North Calaveras disbands communist party in favor of senate.

Last week, Premier Pierce announced that the communist party of North Calaveras was disbanded for unknown reasons. But they have reported that key party members have gone missing, more are going missing. A Senate was founded to replace the communist party. According to the Premier Pierce, the senate has 5 members that have control of the country. A few days later, North Calaveras's official title is now The New World Order Alliance of North Calaveras.
