Official Communique of the Most Serene and Holy Altaic Empire of Tartarystan

We, in the Most Serene and Holy Altaic Empire of Tartarystan recognize that it be in the best interests of our monarch to seek a spouse. Sereri IX has recently passed the marriageable age, 13, so we have logically assumed that it is time to find the monarch a spouse. My cousin cannot be declared of majority until H.I.M. finds a spouse. Recognizing that royal ties often do wonders for diplomacy and help bind nations together, we formally encourage foreign nations to send what they believe to be a suitable...suitor. Physical Description: Taliah walks with a pristine majesty, and although in public she is shrouded in traditional Islamic clothing, her figure and her proper beauty is obvious. She is one of the most beautiful of the Emir's children, and is the most favored of him. Because of this, she has recieved his blessing as an heir to his fortunes.
She is very petite and beautiful, and her figure is one that many Ghassani men would die for. She has had many suitors, but as customary, her father has killed each one, seeing them not fit enough.
Biography:Born to the richest Ghassani in the world, she always lived a very publicized life and one that was very affluent. Her mother died when she was very young, which meant that Taliah became very close to her father, and vice versa.

When she came of age for schooling, her father purchased private tutors, and while she did not excell in many subjects, she was an excellent cook and a stunning beauty. Because of this, her father sees fit to mold her into a diplomatic tool.
Reply: I, the most honorable Emir of Ghassan, wish to see diplomatic relations form between our two countries. In ancient Ghassani culture, we view that marriage is the simpliest and most complete way to complete a bond between two parties, which is what is desired. My daughter is loyal and will honor this man until the end.
