The VDB would like to have an embassy and consulate exchange, as well as a signing of a Free Trade Agreement (FTA), starting hopefully great diplomatic relations.

The New Republican Order of Colorado and Nebraska would like to open diplomatic terms with your state. Reply so we can further speak on what i plan to do.

OOC: Wiki, whilst not always perfect, can give you a pretty good number for the GDP issues. Washington (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington) currently has a GDP of $268.5 billion, and a GDP per capita of $42,702.
