*A room with royal blue stucco walls and a few pictures of various ‘peaceful’ landscapes and highly polished white floors. There is a polished aluminum table with a glass center and the seal of the Confederacy laser engraved onto the glass. The Grand Arbiter sat nervously at the end of the long table in a similarly made chair, aluminum frame and thick glass in the center. He was very nervous, he did not know if the nations would yield his offering of peace. And he was not sure what to say if they did; it wasn’t the first time today that he wished Lee Jackson Davis was still Grand Arbiter.*

He would have said something here, but no one had shown up yet.

A large screen suddenly flickered into life, depicting the weathered yet youthful face of the first minister, Galan Mckay, via videolink.

"I am sorry, i have only limited time before I must take my leave and tend to evacuations of downtown Inverness. What I have to say I will say now. We demand an immediate cease-fire and reparations to be made by the Cnian government. Failure to do so will culminate in a truly horrific war. We wish only to defend our right to practice Terranism, and protect the holy lands of Hiigara and Holy Terra.

"I would also like to appeal to TFEI for support against our mutual enemy; Budda C, whose ignorant consumption of the earths resources will destroy us all.

"Defend the free, CFEI"

A fresh golden note is passed to the man who was identified as Grand Arbiter, it's contents held the following.

We will not yield, we will not halt, unless these are met, with no revisions.


Nova Pictavia will allow free religion. No state religion.
It will allow Buddha C and other nations to send peace keeping forces.
It military forces will be shrunk to one hundred thousand men

"God Damn." the Grand Arbiter muttered. Yes, we are calling for the same. But it is up to them weather or not to attend. I have lost all forms of communication with my 3rd covert submarine armada, and they are under the control of their commodore. I whish you luck, God Bless the free world."

The Grand Arbiter pulled out a device about the size of an i-phone, and silently as he could, called the Sectary of Defense, and muttered almost inaudibly, "Defcon 1, we're at war with Buddha C." He likely would have called it for BL as well, but he did not know of the commodore’s actions yet.

To the peace conference delegation in CFEI,

Enough blood has been spilled. We ask only for an immediate cease-fire and withdrawal of Londinian, Akimonadese and Cnian forces.

Buddha C,

No other religions are discriminated against, in fact there is an extremely high degree of religious tolerance in Nova Pictavia. Civil Rights and Political Freedoms are extensive and uninhibited. Only one single kind of organization is not tolerated within Nova Pictavia at all, as it conflicts directly with the Terran Religion: Corporations with no respect for Holy Terra, who only wish to make money. Their greed must be destroyed within the Holy Land of Hiigara.

We ask that you, with a nation of poor freedoms and liberties, choose to accept our sovereignty and religious freedom.

How can you not recognize that you are killing the Earth? Is killing innocent Terranists not enough for you?

A Renewed Call For Peace-

British Londinium has pulled out of this conflict, partially due to domestic circumstances and partially to do with the success of 'Operation: Constant Grasshopper'. We would like to address the nations involved in the Utopian Crusades in the name of peace.

RECOGNIZING that the forces of Buddha C are now largely outnumbered, outmaneuvered and out gunned, with fewer anti-Terranist allies than before and no just reason for warfare against the commonwealth,

PROPOSE a cease-fire to allow reconstruction of the Pictish infrastructure, to allow Cnian vessels to retreat from Pictish waters, to allow allied forces to land and receive medical aid

ADDITIONALLY PROPOSES the formation of the Utopian Commonwealth, an organization of all pro-Terranist/Environmentalist nations involved, as a means of coordinating military assets to ensure the sovereignty of each member nation for their believes.

INTENDED to promote a fair barrier to any following Buddha Cnian invasion, and to promote a full peace treaty between the remaining warring parties.

We shall agree to a non-aggression pact with Nova Pictavia if they will renounce their attempts to spread terranism. We believe in freedom of religion, but attempting to begin another crusade or continuing this one will lead to your nation utter destruction at the hand of Cnian soldiers. We will not rest, we will not halt, we will not falter in our endeavor to pull the roots of religious fanaticism in your nations and all others. And before this war is over, terranism will either exist peacefully in your own nation, or be destroyed along with it.

The Commonwealth of Nova Pictavia feels certain that she can speak for her allies when we say that such a cease-fire would be welcomed. We cannot, however, guarantee our ignorance of the effects of Terransim abroad. Although we shall not crusade abroad to innocent, sovereign nations while this treaty is in effect, we reserve the right to aid foreign Terranist movements.

This includes but is not limited to:

Military aid where deemed necessary,
>>Including 'First Strike' tactics in order to establish a more effective defense of the commonwealth.
Economic or humanitarian aid,
political support


You may be reassured, however, that we respect the religious freedom of sovereign nations and under this treaty, will not invade a third party without any provocation. We shall also swear to withhold the invasion of said third party nations in the name of converting unaffected nations to the ideals of Terranism.

Thus, we hope to only influence the spread of Terranism through our beliefs, and not through our military might.

Economic support of political statements relevant to your own is acceptable, as is Political support, but military aid, especially the 'First Strike' tactic is unacceptable. This war will continue until the military aid is on the board.

Realistically, weigh the costs of this campaign. Your forces are outnumbered and of a tactical disadvantage. Your only allies have left you. Is continuing this campaign really worth it? After all, the only thing the Cnian military is fighting against now is our right to first strike defensive capabilities, which is our right as a sovereign nation to hold, without the international meddling of Buddha C.

We will always hold our right to defend our homeland by all means necessary, including the right to wage war overseas in order to withhold domestic peace.

Stand-down, and ready the cease-fire.
We will honor it as soon as your forces have pulled out of combat.

You don't understand do you. This isn't about Cnian blood, this is of world blood. Your violent religion declared a crusade, and from several reports you are actually allying yourselves with other, violent, like-minded nations. We enter this war to save the lives of the world's people, to save the lives of your people. In the beginning of this war you should of noticed your industrial center remain. You should notice your aeroplanes remained mostly unscathed. We fight to keep the death of many low. We fight for peace, we fight for the freedom for people to walk down their streets and not worry if they are going to die. That is what we have weighed, and what we are about to give is worth it.

We are offering you the opportunity to save your submarine fleet, and the lives of hundreds of pilots above Stirling. Both of these assets are surrounded and face certain annihilation otherwise.

We are offering you a fair and equal cease-fire. A chance to withdraw from a brazen conflict with a nation you know nothing about. The Picts have never released any statement condemning other nations to a fate of crusading. This is a mere misinterpretation of our vow to defend those who wish to practice Terranism away from the associated discrimination and genocide.

Please, take this opportunity to save both countless Pictish, CFEI'n and Delkorian lives.
