The Empire of No Taxes and the Nordic Empire announce the formation of a cartel to regulate and safeguard the slave trade. From this moment on all Portuguese and Nordic slave traders will be under the protection of this cartel and any interference will be dealt with most harshly. Portuguese slave markets can be found throughout Portugal and if the order is large enough the slaves can be delivered to any major port in the world. Portuguese markets offer the same types of slaves as do Nordic markets with the exception of not having any Nesian slaves for sale. Prices have been standardized under this new cartel and therefore are exactly the same as Nordic prices. Also, between Nordic and Portuguese markets almost any quantity of slaves can be acquired.
