Tsar Xavier II looked over the briefing one more time. "So what do you recommend?"

"Well," said Yuri Golovko, Minister of State Security. "I think that we should be careful, really. I don't know if it is wise for Derscon to jump into a war." Xavier nodded. "Wellesley?"

"I, like Yuri, would be cautious, but militarily, we are fully capable of fighting such a war, especially if we have all of Greater Prussia at our back." Xavier thought for a moment, before turning to the Foreign Minister.

"Kabanov, I want you to summon the leaders of Greater Prussia and the New Prussian Empire here, to the Kremlin. I believe it's time we met in person and worked things out."

Runways were being cleared and the Fast Track underground shuttle was being prepared for the arrival of the New and Greater Prussian Empire authorities. Tsar Xavier was ensuring that speed was taken into account, so everything was pre-prepared, instead of having the usual pomp and circumstance that could make the mere arrival a half-hour occurrence.

Nadov sat alone in his study....a gentle fire behind him lit the room...it was late at night and at any other time he would be sound asleep...but he current times were far from ordinary.

War with the wretched Corporate Alliance had caused Nadov to spend countless hours pouring over intelligence and going to staff briefings with his commanders, and thoughts of new strategies and plans and thoughts of the brave men and women who were now fighting and dieing kept Nadov awake well into the night with a glass of the finest scotch and a cigar to keep him company

The rooms silent tranquility was interrupted by a knock at the door

"Enter." Nadov spoke a tone of annoyance in his voice.

The large Oak doors opened revealing a young military officer from the palace comms room the young officer bowed his head and saluted.

"My lord we have received a message from the Greater Prussians..in regards to the New Prussian-Corporate Alliance war...it appears as tho the Greater Prussians wish to hold council with the leadership of the New Prussian Empire in hopes of uniting us."

The young officer paused and then presented Nadov with a the received transcript.

Nadov took the paper anxiously...it was good to finally receive some good news..he the turned to the young officer nodded his head and dismissed him, Nadov sat back at his desk taking a last gulp of his scotch and began his reply

Empress Kristina Schraepl II (http://www.sepiamutiny.com/sepia/archives/LeylaMilani6.jpg) sat at her desk with her eyes constantly reading reports and documents. Her immortal body didnt need rest so she remained awake for days at a time. This was one of her long awake spells. She was alone in the dark with lightning behind the large window of the palace behind her. She wasnt alarmed when the door opened.

Derrick (http://www.panzernet.net/panzernet/fotky/esa/guderian/004.jpg) walked into the office quickly and didnt say a word until he was sanding directly in front of the Empresses desk.

"We have recieved a communication calling a meeting of the NPE general staff. I expect that we shall be going?" He explained to her.

"We will need a strong guard unit." She responded.

"I would say that a dozen is well enough, stealth is a useful weapon." Derrick said. "We should leave immediatly." The Empress nodded and began to ready everything for the departure.

Thomas Sheridan was pacing in his office wondering what to do about a potential strike situation when his Foreign Minister walks into the office.

"My Lord, we just received a summons from Tsar Xavier II. He requires our presence immediately."

"Very well Paul. We both shall go and see what this is all about."

After leaving a messege for his wife and children, Thomas boarded his plane for the flight off too the RAMC.

The report was read, re-read and decided on. With their new entrance into the Prussian Empire, along with their ground troops being position on Gross Reich it was necessary to attend the meeting. Therefore, Lord Grant Charles sent his most trusted military officer, Ralph Vendermont, of the Cnian Army. A high ranking Lieutenant Colonel, along with an escort of two Buddhist Samurias to guard him. Their bodies were covered head-to-toe with dragonskin armor, their heads where guarded by a M1 plate covered with dragon skin, and they had a wide bullet-proof visor for their eyes.

Governor Lord Grant Charles;

We have decided to allow our most trusted military officer, Raplh Vendermont to enter this meeting with his guards, two sword-wielding novices. With this he is being shipped to your grand nation, but can be recalled at any time. We bid you adu.

Lt. Colonel Vendermont sat in the luxurious jet plane waiting to arrive at the nation, his guards sharpening their weapons.

Tseii-Shogun Nakamura Taiki was actually having a remarkable morning. The sun h ad just cleared the buildings on the shore of the bay, and his office was bathed in a warming orange light. He sat peacefully on the tatami mat floor in a white kimono enjoying the light. The wood and iron door to his office shut with a slight *klink* and he heard the shuffle of sandals coming up the stone stairs.
"Your Excellency?" his secretary whispered (though in the calm stillness of the office, it sounded about regular volume).
"Yes, go ahead," he replied, equally whispering.
"Czar Xavier is holding a meeting regarding possibly fighting the Corporate Alliance."
"Oh really? Well, cancel my other appointments for the day," he said, getting up.

Within an hour, he was airborne and heading for Derscon.

Rekjyavich-Andropov Military City

Once the flights touched down, and the people came off the planes, diplomats and security personnel immediately whisked them too the Fast Track, taking them to the Kremlin itself, the aeroplanes being immediately taxied to the elevators to be held in the underground hangars.

**************

All parties met outside the Sentinel Walls -- the walls separating the Kremlin from the rest of the city -- and were sent through the passageways in the wall. As they walked through, they were scanned to determine all of the weaponry, etc, they had on them -- although no one in the tunnels knew they were being scanned (other than the Dersconi personnel, obviously). Nothing would be taken, but Dersconi personnel wanted to ensure they knew exactly who had what and where.

When they finally came out on the other side of the massive Sentinel Walls, they immediately found out why it was called Rekjyavich-Andropov Military City -- they could see members of the Praesillei Dei -- the genetically engineered, biologically advanced personal clone "army" of the Tsar (Derscon has always prided itself in its mastery of such technology) -- clad in their full-body blood-red and jet-black assault suits, patrolling the grounds.

They didn't have much time to look at either the guards or the massive Reichstaghof in front of them (which was now a theatre and an office building, as the parliament was de facto disbanded almost five hundred years ago, de jure, under the reign of Tsar Rekjyavich Ivan Andropov II), as they were immediately loaded into a few diplomatic vehicles and driven down the open path (there were actually only five structures on Kremlin grounds, the rest was but walkway/driveway and greenery), coming up upon Andropov Tower -- a massive (and creepy-looking) obelisk-type-structure that reached into the heavens, built many, many thousands of years ago -- and going around it to come up to the massive Kremlin Palace.

The Palace itself wasn't a palace at all -- it was, in fact, four inter-connected palaces to make one massive building, although Dersconi architects designed the layering and construction so you wouldn't be able to tell -- even with the hundred, or sometimes thousand, year differences between each individual palace. It wasn't like anything normally seen on earth, being both ancient and futuristic in its design. And big. Very big.

They got out of the vehicles and were led through the tunnels affectionately called by officers the "Kremlin Express." It allowed you to bypass the Palace of the Reich Chancellery and the Great Hall entirely, which saved a lot of time.

They came out on the other end entering an antechamber, which was cosily designed with oak panel walls, a fireplace (although no one really ever figured out where all that smoke went, as there were no chimneys in the Kremlin), and several portraits of famous foreign ministers of the Empire.

Those being escorted looked around and saw that the Dersconi escorts were gone. Any unease that may have settled in was dispelled by the two large oak doors -- each door decorated with a mounted gold double-headed eagle -- being opened from the other side, to see three people walk in. The two in the back were both majestic and fearsome -- the Honour Guards. Massive eight foot tall aliens decked in a strange metallic alloy armour that shone brightly, the red, silver, and black meshing beautifully, yet fearsomely (it seemed their large war staves -- with Җ - shaped blades near the top, and the staves ending with a sharp spear point -- had been made with the same material as the armour), the Honour Guards were the guards of the Kremlin, and all of the majesty and power of the Kremlin was reflected in its guards.

The man in front, however, was not as tall -- being only 5'10'' -- but who's wardrobe displayed his power. Dressed in black, red, and gold, the cape, as well as the ropes, sash, and belt, displayed that this was Veliky Kynaz Tarakh Alexeitovich Andropov, younger brother to Tsar Xavier II, and heir to the throne.

And only twenty years old.

"Welcome to the Kremlin. I must apologize to the paranoid amongst you -- I say this coming from a paranoid nation myself -- that guards and firearms will not be allowed past this point. They may, however, partake in our fine Imperial Barracks facilities within the palace, where they shall be treated as diplomatic guests to Derscon. If you are carrying any firearms, please remove them now and hand them to your guards. If you have no guards, then you may hand them to one of the Praesillei Dei officers. I assure you that we will take utmost care of all of your belongings and guards, and you will get them all back in better condition than before." Off to the side, the wall opened up to reveal a hallway with a large elevator at the other end, to the Imperial Barracks, Dersconi Praesillei Dei officers leading the guards and carrying the weapons to the barracks facilities. Swords, however, were left with those present, as swordsmanship was a keystone of Dersconi culture, and the sword was still seen as a symbol of honour, and are even allowed to be carried in the presence of the Tsar.

Once the wall closed once more, Tarakh nodded and motioned to the group. "Please, this way." Tarakh led them through the two open oak doors into the Tsar Aleksandr IV Hall, which was actually a ballroom, and the decorations proved that over the course of the many millennia Derscon has existed, Tsars in the past spared no expense what-so-ever for luxury (and still maintained a strong military and economy -- saving money over a thousand years helps).

Going through the doors up on the balcony (with staircases leading to the floor of the ballroom on either end of the balcony), they entered a conference room with a large stone table (the stone itself was a metallic silvery-black, and clearly not of this world), a three-headed dragon encircling an all-seeing eye carved into the middle of the stone, elliptical table.

At the other end of the table, in what was clearly the most decorative chair -- the head of the chair peaking with a double-headed eagle cradling the All Seeing Eye in its wings -- sat Tsar Xavier II. Who was only 23.

"Ah, thank you all for coming. Please, sit, make yourself comfortable." As was Dersconi tradition, the moment they sat down, drinks were brought in, as hospitality was immensely important to Dersconi.

Once drinks were had, and the doors closed, Xavier got down to business. "It has been drawn to my attention that the NPE is currently involved in a nasty little spat with the Corporate Alliance. Greater Prussia has had previous poor relations with members of the CA, and are happy to see people stand up to them.

"So, if any New Prussian dignitary would like to give a briefing on the full situation, I would ask that you do so now, so everyone is acquainted with the whole story."

OOC: Okay, here's the plan. If you haven't posted yet, assume you're there in the meeting. No need to worry about arrival posts. Yay fluid time.

Christoph Baker, the Emperor of Wanderjar, "The Red Emperor" as he was referred to frequently by many of the international community, was typically seen as the diplomatic leader of the New Prussian Empire. While this was untrue, as he as well as President Matt Bootch of The PeoplesFreedom were considered the joint Emperor's of the NPE, Baker was the most visible within the international community, the most well known of its leadership. Thus, between Bootch and himself, it was decided that Baker would represent NPE interests in this endevour along side their Gatawayan brothers, who had apparantly already arrived....

He flew to the Dersconnian Kremlin, comfortably seated within his very well protected Airbus and surrounded by an Honour Guard of several Su-47 Berkut Fighters. He wished he could have slept on the long flight to his destination, but sleep eluded him, and as such he spent the time organizing his thoughts and preparing a defense for why their brothers in the Greater Prussian Empire should support them militarily in this war against the Corporatist bastards. It was not especially difficult really, the evidence as to why it was a necessary conflict was all there, however he wanted this to go right. With the GPE's full support, the CA's already grim and near certain future of defeat would be a certainty. The combined forces of Prussia would be unstoppable.

As the massive aircraft landed, and he exited it, he was escorted to the Kremlin with another Honour Guard of elite GrenzschutzeGruppe-9 (GSG-9) Operators, the elite and feared warriors of Wanderjar which caused such destruction around the world, particularly to the Griffencrest Corporation, which Baker remembered with a grin. Yes, as he entered the building where the meeting was taking place, and as he took a seat within the meeting room, he knew all would go well. It was certain. All that he needed was the proper tact.

"Good day you all, my friends, my brothers," He said warmly. "I apologise for my lack of punctuality, but I fear due to....other circumstances with the conflict nearing my own shores, I was delayed. Shall we begin?"

Lieutenant Colonel Vendermont was glad to have his guard still armed, though they were still formidable in the art of hand-to-hand combat. He took a seat in one of beautiful chairs, ordering his guards to flank him, their dragon-skin armor was hidden below their ceremonial Samurai armor. This kept the other from knowing, even if they did have scanners, the armor's metal pieces would have mixed into the ceremonial armor's outer shell. The swords, however, where not something to be taken lightly. Their steel/titanium mixed weapons were capable of cutting threw many things easily, the weight was balanced, perfectly. Each blade forged by a ninety-six year old sword smith who had been working in the profession since the age of fourteen, Jen Gomu.

Lt. Colonel Vendermont's prestiges gold and red garments flowed onto the soft chair. His beard had been trimmed expertly, his hair, which a cap was now on, had been groomed by the finest hair stylist that Buddha C had to offer, and it was impressive with his ornate spiked hair, jutting out of the edges of the cap, yet somehow forming an air of royalty about him. "Yes, and good to see you, Emperor." He nodded his head towards his leader, and then towards the starter of the ceremony. "My men, my people are willing to give their lives for this cause. Maybe not so much for the cause, as the honor. The honor gained threw battle. We will spill our blood on every front, lose hundreds of thousands of men, for honor. We just need someone to point us towards these shores. Already we are heading to Gross Reich, and preparing for an assault on Barokin. I will not lie, our ground and air forces are great, but our navies are sorely lacking."

Second off, if that's just a misunderstanding, Buddha C, your guards are NOT IN THE MEETING ROOM. They're all in the Barracks facilities. He loosened his collar, "Even now my nation is undergoing a massive recruitment process of a nation's near entire able-bodied populous." He unfolds a map across the table. "As you can see Inverness has already been taken. Or atleast British Londinum troops, at last report, was attacking the capitol." He stiffened up, losing his collar and tie, "Seven thousand airborne units will be landing right on top of Stirling, their last strong hold. While another seven hundred Samurai will be attacking from the South-East." He smiles, "We have destroyed pretty much all their runways, but left the whole of their industry intact... for later use." He makes a final yawn as he points to a line coming from the bay near Invernes and the waters outside Sterling. "Their a group of fifty sum Seawolf submarines are moving to block any evacuation routes." He takes off his tie, "Hate that damned thing," He mutters and continues, "After than we'll mobilize one and a half million of their troops, mostly ex-soldiers from their old government, tell the hippies that the Corporate Alliance is raping the earth and they'll go mad on them." He smiles and lays back, taking out his cell phone, "This is how I keep in contact with my nation." He breaks into laughter and puts the cell phone back into his pocket.

It was Nine O'Clock AM, and the morning sun had finally broken through into a healthy stream of light, flooding the royal bed chamber, the large white curtain doing little to stop it. The light crept up the bed, and hit the eyes of the royals. John, the King, rolled over, covering both his face, and the face of his wife.

Before he could get back to sleep, however, an obnoxious ring sounded to the side of his bed. Rolling over, he groaned, and answered, "Yes?" The man on the other end replied, "Good morning, John." Damnit. Damn my cousin. He listened to his military adviser, and informed him he would go himself. He hanged the phone up before saying goodbye. He looked over his shoulder, at his wife, now stirring from her sleep. "Who was that?" He shrugged, "I guess I'm off to the Kremlin again." He laughed, "Remember when we shacked up there?" She smiled, "How could I not?"

John got dressed in his modified dress uniform, predominantly pale blue, and attached a smaller rapier, compared to his normal large sword. He also picked up a revolver, made of silver, and stamped with the crest of the past emperor, Joseph-Napoleon. He kissed his wife goodbye, and departed.

Maybe we do need to put troops on the ground but I am not about to launch a massive ground attack till I know where their troops are at, their weapons status, if they have any NCB, how many troops are there, what areas are they holding, etc. It is not good forum to attack without knowing your enemies capabilities. Lieutenant Colonel Vendermont laid back in his chair, sighing. "Well, what now?" He knew every second he spent here was a second away from combat, his soldiers, and glory. "And Corneliu, your population at near seven billion, would still cause you to put one person for every seventh into the military. That's a lot of people, and what about your economy? With that many people in the military it must be horrible."

Ok, I'm horribly confused here. Someone want to fill make a nice simple list/explanation of the various fronts please? IE:
Front A: Under assault by Blackhelm naval forces consisting of a fleet of X many ships, defenders are X, requires immediate reinforcement.
Front B: Land attack by X on territory of Y, heavy CA casualties, reinforcement not necessary at this time.

Front A:
Gross Reich under attack from large Griffencrest fleet (Assistance needed most here probably.)

Front B:
New Manth launching a raid against my homeland..no help necessary there as I have the MU supporting me...and its pretty much a suicide mission on New Manth's part...

Front C:
New Gataway (my NPE colony) under attack from Toopoxia..Im also assisting Front A...(Should be fine...help might be split here..not sure)

Front D:
Deserted Territories attacking NPE HQ island...I think thats taken care of for the most part

thats all the non closed ones that would be relevant...although I think Underishi or w/e is attacking Kampfers...not sure how thats going or whatever..

John simply listened throughout, keeping his mouth shut (a miracle), so far. However when "That religious nut" was brought up, he laughed.

"Gens Romae are pushovers when battling nations larger than them. When he put a bounty on the Cardinal Archbishop of Carmel for being a modernist we quickly got him to back down. However, their leader is a nut controlled by demons hiding behind the cloth. Did he not recently use nuclear weapons? Our satellites picked up a strange occurance near his nation."

Front E: Invasion of Kampfers. Closed to Undershi, Kampfers, Vetaka, and Wagdog. Undershi fleet is trapped, will be massacred, but will still give out heavy losses

Front F: Invasion of Deserted Territories by TFU and someone else.

Front G: Invasion of San Gallia. Stalled out and died, but Wagdog captured BC's first fleet and its admiral.

Front H: Invasion of Maldorians by TPF. So far TPF is just ravaging shipping with his submarines.

Front I: Invasion of Wanderjar by Pudu. 1v1. Pudu has to cross some narrow straights to get to wandy and will not reach land. Has stalled, awaiting Pudu's response.

Front J: Invasion of *classified* by *classified*. Thread has been made, official announcement will come in the next few days. If more details are needed, contact me on IRC.

I don't think we missed anything combined.

Shogun Nakamura leaned forward, pushing his glasses back up on his nose. "As it seems to me now, the whole ordeal is a stalmate. Of course, this needs to be broken up." He sat back and folded his hands on the table. "Now, before I forget, the Shogunate has a large navy. Our army and air force are young and inexperienced, but the navy is experienced, large, and outguns most other ships. For example, we can effectively engage with cannons outside of most missiles' range. This, of course, gives us a huge bonus. I think, that after seeing the situation, we either use it to reinforce Grossreich against Griffencrest, or we cut of the CA's supply routes and choke their outer fronts.

"In addition, our air force, though inexperienced as I stated, has developed a bomber that can aid our forces greatly. We've created a stealth bomber that is 95 percent efficient, or better. It also maintains the saturation capabilities of the older B-52s, most likely because we used a 52 frame.

"Anyway, these are the immediate contributions the Shogunate can make. Czar, I apologize for interjecting in the middle of the status report. But we all know that if I don't say anything, I'll lose my train of thought."

OOC: Link to Gross Reich front please

"If I may interject," spoke up Fleet Admiral Isaac Griska, "the main front needing our assistance is Gross Reich." Standing up from his seat at the table, he walked up to a wall and, with the aid of sticky tack, hung up a map of the major fronts. Gesturing vaguely with his left hand at the map, he faced those still at table and launched into a monologue.

"All the major fronts seem to have either stalled or are well under control by the New Prussian forces. Except for Gross Reich. However, the Griffincrest fleet currently attacking them should be relatively easy to dispatch. In our previous skirmishes with the Griffincrest Corporation, we've found them to be fairly easy prey at sea. That plays straight into our prime strength: Our naval forces."

Nodding at both the Tsar and Shogun Nakamura, he continued on. "I propose that, should the Tsar approve Greater Prussian action, Rosdivani naval forces engage and destroy the mercenary fleet threatening Gross Reich, while Psychotic Psycho's fleet liberates the occupied islands of the Crystal Commonwealth. Additionally, I would like to propose that the strike on the Griffincrest fleet be opened by the air force of the Psychotic Psychos. By the time our fleet has moved into position, we'll have been able to ship over a large number of our Rufous missiles to you. Integration on those is a piece of cake. With your airstrike coming in from one direction and likely disabling or sinking a number of their larger ships, including flagships, we'll come in from other vectors and hit them while they're focused on the large visible threat, crippling them. In the meanwhile, the Rosdivani Air Force, and likely other Greater Prussian forces, will remove their space based information gathering capabilities. A blind enemy is a dead enemy."

OOC: This stuff out of the way first.

First, thanks for those who posted the clarifications.

Second, Corneliu, what the fuck are you doing? a one billion man army would rape your economy -- period. This is PMT, not FT, so you and I both have to tone down our military capacities. While we both understand that such large numbers are a NECESSITY in future-tech, considering the amount of worlds and fleets we have; in PMT, this is simply not possible. 5% is okay if you're small, but as your nation gets bigger, the percent also should decrease. I will not have our reputation be further stained by such misunderstandings. 1-5% or GTFO.

Tsar Xavier II nodded towards the Shogun, a sign of dismissing forgiveness. "No harm done. Thanks to General Devar, as well as all of the intelligence briefings presented by the MSS, we are all fully up to date on the situation."

When he saw Admiral Griska put up the map on the wall, he grimaced. I hope that doesn't do anything to the paint. When the Admiral was done explaining, he motioned to one of the large armoured statues, and everyone found out that the 20 large statues around the room weren't statues, but in fact the Praetorian Guard, the twenty best of the Praesillei Dei, undergoing an enhancement to grant them with basic psionic abilities (nowhere near the inherent powers of the Andropovs, though). One of the guards took the map down and placed it in a cabinet, but once the door was shut, the orb in the centre of the table displayed a 3D hologram image of the map.

"I believe that, out of all of the nations involved, and possibly to be involved, Derscon has the strongest space presence, concerning Earth. The Rosdivani Air Force and the Dersconi Aerospace Command can team up and remove the Corporate presence in space entirely, leaving them effectively blind." He had the holographic map on the table zoom in on Gross Reich.

"I believe it would be best to combine Admiral Griska's and Shogun Taiki's battle plan, for the moment. Our main focus should be the defence of Gross Reich, and this is where the largest Prussian naval presence should be." He took a sip of his drink before continuing.

"I propose that Admiral Griska, as commander in chief of the Greater Prussian Imperial Navy, be overall commander of the Pan-Prussian Naval Forces currently involved in the conflict. In fact, I suggest we go further. By combining our forces more effectively, under a united General Staff, we will be able to strike the CA at several points, and do so with overwhelming force, that it would be impossible to retaliate all at once. But I digress for the moment.

"Admiral Griska will lead the Combined Greater Prussian Imperial Navy -- with support from national fleets from Rosdivan and Pschycotic Pschycos -- against the Griffencrest navy in Gross Reich.

"From here, Admirals Zimmerov and Yamamoto of Derscon and Pschycotic Pschycos, respectively, will lead a naval force, with Dersconi Imperial Marines, to liberate the Crystal Commonwealth and annihilate the aggressors.

"From here, I believe Rosdivani, Cornelii, and Dersconi fleets can support the defence of New Gataway from Toopoxia." Xavier took a quick drink before looking around at those present.

"If anyone would like to propose to amend these plans, please do so. Also, this is only covering the naval aspect of the war. What is the current ground situation?"

So far the two Shakal representitives had been sitting quitly listening to all point made. She heard a feint whisper and saw Derrick look at her. He quickly whispered into her ear. She spoke with what would be taken as good news.

"If I may have a word," The Empress paused and waited for the rest of the room to listen. As there attention turned to her she began again. "I have good news, the Deseted Territories Navy is out of the picutre, the attack against the NPE Headquarters should be wrapped up very soon." She sat down now happy that the Shakal navy could join its allies as soon as the Mandalorian navy was also dealt with.

Only 14% of my people are in the military. That also includes reserves. I know full well that this is PMt and not FT. I always keep my figures under 15%. 14% is the max I go. As to leaving fine. I can take a hint. You do not like the fact that I maintain 14% military, that is not my problem. That is yours. And besides, I was not going to use the entire military anyways. Just the active duty portion which is less than 10% of my military.
