"But your Grace...we just finished our war with the Furries! In my opinion, we should allow our forces time to recover...!" Stated the pale faced general as he looked around the small, elegantly decorated room in the Reichstag. Himself, and twenty other officials were sitting at a long, obsidian colored table. At the end of the table set Seth Mahone, Steward of the Tocrowkian Reich who simply shook his head dismissively.
"Recover from what, exactly? The crushing of sexual deviants? That operation was a vacation. An extermination. Not a war..." He replied, pushing the large folder forward. On it, were the stamped words Operation: Adventure - CLASSIFIED. "It is all there, gentlemen. Despite the fact that the people who came up with it were commies, it is an exellent plan. The final solution, a guide to their complete destruction."
While it was Operation: Adventure was a relic of the former Neo-Bolshevist government, it made the plan it self no less brilliant. "Sire, I still feel that this would be unnecessary. The New-" The pale faced general began again, but the Steward raised his hand, silencing him. "I will hear no more of your excuses. We will be going through with Operation: Adventure."
The room fell silent. The Steward's will was the Reich's law. It was what every Tocrowkian was born, lived, breathed and died to enforce. And to question it, or doubt it, was beyond reason. Beyond comprehension, and simply something one did not do. Finally, a female admiral decided to speak up.
"Very well, Your Grace. But what will be your pretext? Your reason for this conflict?" She asked timidly as the Mahone turned to face her, a small smile on his lips. "Preservation." He said simply, shrugging in his chair. The admiral looked confused. "What...?"
Mahone sat up and decided it best that he explain further. "Preservation of Nordic culture. They are attacking nations with similar cultures to our own, and we will act to preserve these cultures." The admiral nodded, suddenly understanding.
"We will begin preparations immediately, ladies and gentlemen. I want the Reich to be in top form for Adventure. Not to say I doubt our valiant fighting men and women, but we cannot afford to leave even one chink in our armor. Good evening." Mahone stood and raised his right arm. "Sieg Heil!" He called, the military staff in the room jumping out of their chairs and mimicking the gesture, a thunderous chorus of "Sieg Heil's" running through out the room.
Within one hour, the following message was sent to all armed services of the Tocrowkian Reich.
From: Military High Command(HIGHCOM)
To: Imperial Military Joint Command (IMJCOM)
Greetings! In the name of our Reich and his Imperial Grace, Steward Mahone, we are to begin preparations immediately for Operation: Adventure. The exact nature of Adventure will be disclosed to your respective Commanders, but you as branches are expected to perform the following duties:
Air Command, you are to begin production and procurement of as many advanced and capable Aircraft as possible. For "Adventure" To be a success, air dominance is a necessary.
Naval Command, you are to begin fleet patrols around the nations targeted in "Adventure" in preparation for our blow against these heathens. The Imperial Marines are also required to be at the ready.
Ground Command, you are to to begin breaking organizing your forces into portable units that can be transfered quickly, either by the Luftwaffe or the Navy.
Space Command, it is your duty to gain as much intelligence about the state of the current conflict as possible.
Along with these duties, the S.S. is expected to increase intelligence operations both at home and abroad. Detractors and skeptics are not to be tolerated and should be silenced ASAP.
The Defense Ministry is also going to make a variety of purchases over the coming days of foreign weapons and equipment to use against our enemy.

Within a few days of this message, all branches of the armed services began to carry out these orders and more. Recruitment methods were picked up, and soon recruitment stations Reich-wide were overflowing with young men and women seeking glory and adventure. (Ironic, given the name of the overall plan.)
This, and the fact that the Navy began to patrol and build up around select nations would soon attract the attention of other nations. The official reason given for such large-scale military movement and buildup was annual military exercises.
Hopefully, they would believe it....
