Alright, first off, I plan to make this one alot more organised than my previous RPs have been. For instance, in about a week in a half, I won't be getting on much, so I want to have someone who knows the storyline, so he/she can oversee things in my absence. Heres the rules: First off, the thing thats always gotten to me, is people controlling others characters without permission. So no controlling others without permission, period, end of disscussion. Secondly, I'm no grammar natzi, but at least try to capatilize what needs capitilized. Thirdly:No flaming, we're all her to have fun, I'm okay with a friendly disscussion here and there, but no fights. If you feel the need to flame, punch something soft. Fourth: Have fun, be creative in your posts.
Thats about it for the rules. Now the storyline. Basically, what happened is that someone, (You'll find out who later in the storyline), discovered a gene (For lack of a better word) inside of the human chemical makeup, it was the gene that made us reguire blood in our systems in order to live. Well, the supposedly well meaning scientist, figured that if we didn't need blood, it might fix a lot of porblems. And so, he set about trying to take that gene away from the human system. He failed however, and the person he was working on, started only to lose blood at an alarming rate, and he still needed it. So the patient, eventually maddened by his lack of life giving blood, went Dracula on the good docters assistant. Fortunately, in her death throes, the assistant grabbed a scalpel, and by luck, perseverance, or something else entirely, the scalpel went through the madmans eye, right into the brain. He died soon after, and they burned the body. That was fifty years ago. Now, it has been discovered that that one man, had a son, and his son had that same altered gene, except that it had mutated slightly. He was stronger and faster than his peers, and he grew and went into pubert at an amazing speed. Well, he had several sons by the time he was twenty. Those sons had the same chararistics as him, except highly elevated. And in each son, the gene mutated even more, until eventualy, they became the vampire we know today. They began sucking blood and turning more into creatures like them. Now, as for the name of this thread, the TBCS is an elite group, made up of a mixture of the old, hardened, proffesionals, and the young and talented. Now, those of you who have RP'd with me before probably know that I enjoy characteers with swords. Well, this time I give myself an excuse. You see, the best way to kill them is to spil alot of blood, and swords do that nicely.

Alright, Marshall (A.K.A. Dagger-5) (Other Daggers may be intro'd if I can justify it and you approve) is a reformed professional bachelor. (we really need to resolve that matter...) After the events of his previous operation he took up swordsmanship and has become quite proficient in the use of chisakatana in close-combat. He now carries a pair of custom designed chisakatana, which, among other features, are engraved, and specifically balanced to his preference.
He still has his TAR-21, and SA XD's, and they remain his primary weapons under most circumstances, however when combat deteriorates to hand to hand, or other special circumstances are met, he switches to these swords.

Bio: SOH-134, Ding Team, 040307 HMP, High Level Spec Op. Even though a sword is better for the job he plan on using guns. He has a really dark background. He wears black all the time and a black bandana covers his mouth and most of his face, he also likes to wear a black spec op helmet issued to him a month after he joined the SS. His clothes are mostly black with some hint of red in it. He is only doing this because people and strangers say he looks like a vampire so it will be great to show them the head a of a dead one to show he isn't.

Well, I personally know RS, and UHC is still around, you could always post a decision there, as we proved that it would take forever to finish. That or you could just decide. We could use whatever decision you make as a sub-plot here, regardless of the decision.

There being in 'The Bachelorette' of course, you could always just do the decision via TG too... like I said, its your call.

Meh, lets go with Dag5, it'll make it a bit more interesting. That and I don't feel like going threads with the other two. I'll TG RS and UHC to let them know.

RS very rarely gets on NS of late, I can get a message to him IRL if you want, that'll probably get to him quicker.

Well, we can all wait. First question though, can they be killed through conventioanl methods or do they have to be shot in the head or heart? And seond, is it transmited through the vicitms or are only the decendents of the original "vampire" afflicted?

First answer: Yes, they can be killed using conventional methods, the important thing is loss of blood, so hitting an artiry would probably do wonders. Secondly: Yes, it is transmitted to victims, they release a chemical through their teeth that alters that gene. Oh, and I'll probably be introducing new varients of the vampires.

RS very rarely gets on NS of late, I can get a message to him IRL if you want, that'll probably get to him quicker.

Bio: A member of Section 13, a Dominion Intelligence branch within the Civil Authority, he is a survivor of the 'z' outbreak within First City. He was transferred to Section 13 immediately after the outbreak to explore other potential supernatural threats and was in charge of the 'Unexplainable Cases' department before being sent to the TBCS to recieve further training and experience with which to benefit the preservation of order in the Dominion. Has had previous combat experience with vampires.

It'll be interesting to see how Crispy deals with being reunited with Saya and Dag5 after the whole 'battle' over her a ways back.

Ah, I see. I do that mostly because I find it more interesting to RP characters of the oppisite gender.

Same reason I created some of my SF, its more interesting and challenging to try to RP a different gender.
