The House of Governors is comprised of 50 Governors from the nation- one for every 10 counselors, who elect the Governor
The High Council is made up of 5 Members whop represent the Governors (so if there were 40 Governors from 1 party, there'd by 4 Council Members of the same party
The Lord Protector is then elected every 6 years by the High Council, and must wait 12 years before being re-elected.

The Haneastic League begins a massive roadworks construction to make their nation more accessable. The project, funded by Interior Ministry (and some smal bits from Military, as roads are good for them), stresses 4 main goals:

1. Increase the number of roads by 30%
2. Increase the number of train stations, track, and trains by 25%
3. Increase the number of airports by 40%
4. Increase seaport capacity by 35%

This project is expected to take several years, and wil employ many construction agenices as well as function as a public works facility for unemployed persons.
