Dear members of the international community,

After a brief disappearence from the international scene Rammsteinburg is ready to once again form relationships with the various nations of the world, for it is our sincere belief that diplomacy and mutual assistance is essential to the progress of the world and the promotion of world peace. We invite all nations unconditionally to participate in an embassy exchange; even the most totalitarian and corrupt regime will not be turned down. The government of Rammsteinburg believes that refusal to talk is a counterproductive strategy, which is beneficial to neither party.

It should be noted that a mere exchange of embassies is only the first step in a long process. Nothing will be guaranteed to participants other than that their voices will be heard. If you are interested in an exchange of military bases, trading, mutual defence, or anything else, you will have to discuss the matter with the appropriate officials. But by joining this embassy exchange programme, at least you can be sure that you will actually get the chance to do such.

If you decide you want to participate in this programme, there are some rules you must follow, which will not be bent even slightly and are not open for discussion. They are:

1. All foreign workers sent to work at embassy in Rammsteinburg must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
2. No more than an initial 50 individuals may be sent to work at the embassy. Requests to allow for more may be made after a month.
3. No more than an initial 5 security guards may be sent to the embassy.
4. Security guards may only carry hand guns and a blade of no more than 15 inches in length. All other weapons will be confiscated.
5. Animals and plants not native to Rammsteinburg may only be kept within the boundaries of the embassy.
