With the opening of the new Northern Baltic Military Storefront (see sig), it was necessary for the different government controlled arms companies to create new factories. In the Northern Baltic, they faced a shortage of usable land, so the decision was made to expand overseas. Messages were sent out to every country asking for permission for the Northern Baltic weapons companies to build these weapons factories in those countries. The benefits were great: surplus arms and ammunition on the market, new jobs, and the training of new skilled labor. The countries were also given a list of types of weapons factories they could have: Central European (German, Swiss weapons), Western European (French, United Kingdom weapons), Eastern European/Eastern Asia (Polish, Czech, Russian, Chinese weapons), and American (American weapons). These factories would produce everything from pistols to Main Battle Tanks. Now the government of the Northern Baltic waited for answers. They hoped they would be plentiful.

Alfegos will allow you a 1 year probation period for the expansion of munitions, vehicles and arms factories in our nation.

You will have to pay a 7.5 % tax on profits if you wish to sell this equipment outside of the nation, but a 10 % tax on profits if you wish to sell equipment to civilians in our nation.

For the probation period, you will be allowed only one factory complex in the capital's industrial quarter. If results are successful you will be allowed to expand to the provincial capitals after probation expires.

You are, of course, not allowed to sell armoured vehicles, armed vehicles, automatic weapons, explosive projectiles/weapons, armed/armoured aircraft or armed/armoured water vehicles to civilians, and workers will have to apply for VISA to work in our country. Workers are not allowed to travel outside the capital except to visit relatives or to leave the country.

This deal will work, except for the fact that our government wishes to hire your citizens to work in the weapons factories in order to create more benefits for your country. If this is not acceptable, we can bring our workers into your country, however we accept the rest of the deal.

As always Olmedreca is open for any kind of foreign investments. Olmedrecan laws are generally very pro-market(taxes are very low, lowest in whole Mediterranica region) so its good place for setting up factories. Only serious restriction is that you must use local workforce because bringing your own workers to Olmedreca is practically impossible due very strict immigration laws. You can build practically any type of factory in Olmedreca you want, we accept anything. To be more accurate, we actualy encourage you too build as many different factories as possible, although if we are forced to make a choice then we would prefer American/Western Europe equipment.

We would be glad to allow you access to our lands through proper Department of the Interior channels. The Chief of Foreign Affairs and Activities, Caster Oblivion, will oversee your interests and take over the Interior Affairs and Activities to allow you greater access and a beneficial, if not acceptable, offer.

We will allow you to build freely considering our munitions factories out-do most of the Worlds weapons productions. We will only require that you pay our Peoples the proper wages and encourage job growth by expanding operations in our country. This would only require you to work with the Republic Space Administration and support any Space-Based weapons programs that we might be introducing to our Military.

Also, there will be a select few of your Coporate Officials who will be allowed to participate in some Top-Secret activities in the Space Department. No information will be released unless private contact is established.
