Open Declaration:

The Hegemony hereby declares it's neutrality in the conflict between the Corporate Alliance and the New Prussian Empire. No Hegemonic nation will attack members of either alliance. Refugee camps and humanitarian aid will be available to governments of both sides upon request. Any Hegemonic nation that disregards this declaration will be subject to expulsion if such is the will of the Hegemony council.

We applaud this statement, but we wonder if, as members of the CA, we are allowed to enter the war on the side of the CA.
