I am the Emperor of the Federation of Armed Nations (FAN) region, Max Martin of Czech Warriors. I am announcing our opening to world politics and would like to get some alliances to the region. If your region is interested in being allied the FAN please drop me a line, my nation is Czech Warriors (So please TG me in game). The following is a copy of the regions charter:
The Charter is simple and straight forward, as will be all things we do.
Section 1: Membership.
The Federation of Armed Nations are open to all sorts. After all we are "Warriors of the World". With that stated - All currently unaligned nations are welcome to apply.
The Application Process Is As Follows:
Step 1: Visit our forums and create an account.
Step 2: Await Approval.
That's It!
The Approval Process For Membership:
Though we are very open to any one willing to join, some people maybe denied. There could be many reasons. For example, but not limited to, posing a security threat. Or Being known as a rude or irresponsible member of the community. We reserve the right to deny anyone membership for any reason.
Members Responsibilities:
All members are expected to be productive members of the alliance. In one way or the Other. Therefore upon becoming a member you are expected to proceed immediately to forum and sign up for duty. You will be assigned a task, which you are expected to carry out for as long as necessary.
You will also be responsible for carrying yourself in a dignified manner. This includes, but not limited to, treating every one with respect and dignity.
The Official Rules For Member Conduct Will Be Posted In Our Members Only Forums.
(we feel internal rules are of no importance to the public)
Membership Termination:
Leadership reserves the right to revoke any members membership status at any time, for any reason. Though 99.9% a membership will only be revoked for violating our rules or standards of conduct.
Section 2: Internal Policing
In an effort to maintain order and smooth operations, we will have strict internal policing. Most Punishment will involve being a less significant member of the federation. Any member who refuses to accept the consequences will have their membership revoked, and risk suffering our most severe penalty.
The Most Severe Punishment Will be ejection and banning from the region. In such an event will make a rare public announcement. Stating the offences which the member is guilty of and asking for no other regions to get involved.
Section 3: Foreign Affairs
The federation will NOT secretly conduct foreign relations. Most of our politics will take place on our open to everyone foreign policies forum. We have nothing to hide and would like to have a large public paper trail to prove so.
Section 4: War
The Federation will protect it’s allies and friends in time of war but the federation will NOT get involved in wars that do not concern us.
During war we will be an organised army and will work with efficiency.
In The End:
This Is An Ever Changing Charter. We shall try and abide by it as much as possible. How ever attempts to exploit it's loop holes may or may not be tolerated. This is Far from being a final charter at this time.
