After a lengthy period of isolation the United Republic of Anagonia has formally decided with a unanimous Congressional vote to reestablish International Relations with all willing nations.
The United Congress has also decided that the best intentions of Anagonia will be seen by maintaining the Northrop-Grumman Treaty of 2040 (http://hawk.proboards1.com/index.cgi?board=treaty&action=display&thread=1128217117) with the Northrop-Grumman Corporation. That, complying with said treaty, the entire Armed, Political, and National Forces of Anagonia will be in unison with the Northrop-Grumman Corporation.
