we have survivors from the war and from the sub attacks. we also have sattilite photos, recon aircraft photos and substancial evedence that the crimes commited actually happened

((OOC: Just curious, but why are you only charging Tartarystan with war crimes? According to the now departed FFI, I killed almost all of his civilians, meaning somewhere in the range of about 44-45 million people.

Is it because Tartarystan is smaller, and thus an easier target?))

OOC: Furthermore, you have absolutely no way to enforce any decision given by this court. I can garuntee if you try to enforce this upon Tsarystan that I and others will probably wind up masscring any naval forces you attempt to attack him with.
