Dalnijrus loves its cheese. Almost as much as it loves its alcohol.
It would be far too tedious to list all the various varieties of cheese that comes from Dalnijrus: suffice it to say that all truly native cheeses are salty and spicy, prepared in a salt cure in a jar. Dalnijrusian cuisine features many ways to eat cheese: grilled, boiled, mixed with boiling milk, fried, and skewered and charcoaled. Cheese in Dalnijrus often forms the main ingredient for hot, spicy dishes, but is never served raw, since it is less mature than Western cheese, making it much softer.
Chedder.
Urceans love cheese.

Zevkhay Cheese: Made from the milk of sheep, with added fungus. Aged for up to 10 years, depending on the quality wanted.
Vescopa has no cheese. For it has no cows! Or goats! Or rats! Even if it did, they are very hippy-like in their refusal to make use of animals.

The OoA is obsessed with cheese. All cheese is a regular mealtime product, but perhaps our most lovable cheese is that of the Honorable Limburger Cheese
