OOC:Ahead of time, I am aware that Byzantium was the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire and not west, but I like it more.
Caesar sat in his spacious office on the fortieth story of the Capitol building (http://www.smartskyways.com/Market/stations/future-city.jpg). The wide windows stretched out covering the entire wall in front of him. Far below the mag train could be seen speeding past the long green parks that were spread throughout the capital. He stood and slowly let his eyes scan over the scene outside of the thin glass. Citizens of Byzantium walked about there daily business blissfully unaware that in a short time the Empire would face a whole new world of troubles, the House had been secluded since the days of Hadrojen IV and as such the population grew little over the past several hundred years. Ceasar turned back around, he was going to change it all. Lately Caesar had made contact with two nations which he hoped would prove to be close friends, Die Zweiten Reich, and the Shakal Empire. He would await there response to his letters patiently hoping for the best.
