Today, Dartian president Allesandro Valario signed an executive order to expand the nation's strategic oil reserve by 500 million barrels.

We would like to see this expansion take place as quickly as possible. As our current suppliers are unable to simultaneously meet our consumption demands and fill our reserves, we are in the market for additional vendors.

Any nations or companies willing to supply us with oil are encouraged to contact us. Naturally, we will want to know how many barrels you can provide per year and the cost per barrel.

Our nation is currently producing surplus oil: 75 000 barrels a year. We would be willing to trade this for equivalent resources on your side.

If you have an equivalent yearly supply of Germanium (processed), we can consider this a deal.

From the Office of Trade

We can provide you with the total ammount of 500 million barrells of oil within the span of sixteen weeks for the price of $35 USD per barrell.
As we have extensive oil reserves we do not fully exploit it is unlikely that you will find a better deal then this.

However, if time is of the essence, for $45 USD per barrell we will supply you directly from our strategic reserves and can thusly deliver the entire order within four weeks.

So, for a total of $17,500,000,000 USD you can have your oil within sixteen weeks. Or within four weeks for $22,500,000,000 USD.

We have already agreed to buy 500 million barrels from another supplier. However, given your highly competative prices, our government is interested in doing business with you.

If your nation is willing to sell us 200 million barrels at the price you quoted, we will gladly buy it. However, additional storage facilities must be constucted, which we expect will take 14 months.

Our Territory, Which stretches from Alaska to the Deep South, is filled with Oil. We expect 800 GigaBarrels to be Produced in Canada alone. Also due to the abolishment of almost all enviro-friendly laws, we have access to huge Recourses in Alaska and Canada Territories. We have no Idea how much oil are in these territories. We have begun expeditions off the Coast of Alaska and beleive that there is a possibility of gaining the benefits of a Massive oil well in the region. Our only Request is that you withdraw all objections in the Matter of Elite Arms Inc and Nukes and you give us 10% of all income. Other than that we will be willing to use the Mining equipment already in place basically cutting the expense of Oil production in half
