Official Communique of the Most Serene and Holy Altaic Empire of Tartarystan

The National Assembly, endorsed by the Imperial Chancellor Tulisen Cirgote, in the name of Emperor Sibeoci Sereri, encourages the international community to establish diplomatic relations and the foundations of positive cooperative relations with the Most Serene and Holy Altaic Empire of Tartarystan.

As we approach modernity and as we advance our conditions, we find it necessary to establish mutually-beneficial relationships based on the rule of law, constitutionality, mutual respect for democracy and human rights, and joint concern for international and domestic stability.

Our nation is uneasy allowing foreigners in our borders, so we have to unfortunately deny allowing large embassies in our countries. Small embassies may be allowed and may be approved on a case-to-case basis.

We are interested with opening dialogues with other friendly and cooperative nations as so we may reach a consensus on international policies that will be beneficial for all parties involved.

After careful deliberation, the Most Serene and Holy Altaic Empire of Tartarystan has decided that it will allow embassies in our capital city of Tataria Magna, but they will have a maximum staff limit of six people and two military personnel.

the Commonwealth of Bredford is requesting Tatarystan rights to build an embassy in Tataria Magna. that will contain six personnal staff and two guards armed with pistols.

The Borderlands of New Teledra is requesting planning permission to build an embassy in our capital Traway, the embassy will be located in Penny Square.

The Kiravian Empire would like to set up an embassy in Tartarystan.
It is to include 6 non-combat personnel and 2 guards, armed with rifles.

The People's Sovereign Republic will open an embassy in Tartarystan.

Twafflonia humbly requests permission to purchase or lease a building to serve as an embassy in Tartarystan's capital. The embassy would manage three personnel and no guards, although the three would be armed with pistols if that is acceptable.

The requests of the Commonwealth of Bredford, The Kiravian Empire, The People's Sovereign Republic, and Twafflonia have been approved.

We did not understand the message from the Borderlands of New Teledra and we request for them to send it in a more clear manner.

The Federation of Hurfdurfistan also requests permission to establish an embassy within Tartarystan's capital, but inquires as to the reasoning behind the severe limitations on personnel.

Permission has been granted. The Tartar people are uneasy having an entire army marching around in their country.

The Dominion has so far looked favorably to the nation of Tartarystan's political moves, especially in regard to the furry menace that is a blight upon the world's society as a whole. In the effort to improve relations in what seem may be closely linked nations socially, the Dominion would like to send a 6-man ambassadorial team to Tartarystan in order to represent the Dominion overseas.

Official Nitalian Request of Embassy Exchange

Thought so far the Holy Imperial Republic has had no prior contact with The Most Serene and Holy Altaic Empire of Tartarystan, both the Senate and myself have approved of an offer of embassy exchange in the hopes of furthering diplomatic relations.

Therefore, we request to staff a five-person embassy with one guard on patrol of the area in Tataria Magna. In return, we also extend an invitation to the Tartar People to establish an embassy of the same size within Cítta Santo, the capital city of Nueve Italia.

Due to our similiar international policies, the Infinately Glorious, Imperial Socialist Empire of New Greater Nicksyllvania wishes to set up a small embassy of 3 men to maintain and improve relations between our 2 great states. Although the Ministry of Defense suggests that 850,000 troops and 900 ships are more than enough sign of diplomatic relations between our states, we nonetheless would like to formally extend recognition to Tartarystan. An embassy will be constructed in your capitol and you will have the permission to construct one in Vetalia City as well as an embassy in Cazia for affairs dealing with the General Government.
